When I got there, they were still making my order, and it took a little longer than expected. I got the Spicy Thai Chicken Wrap and the Superbird Omelette (with extra turkey). The wrap was really lacking in flavor... on the menu, it says "spicy", but it wasn't spicy at all. It needs some more sauce to make it a little more flavorful. The omelette was pretty good though! I want to love this restaurant but I just can't. Being a long time bodybuilder, it's hard to find Marco friendly and focused restaurants. The food was just not flavorful. The sweet potatoes "rounds" that are square, were undercooked and not very good. The bison meat was the same. Also the price is very high, 40.00 for two breakfasts at a walk up , clean your own table kind of place. I get much more enjoyment and flavor and value for money at first watch. I ordered a bison cheese steak with GF adaptation with mashed sweet potatoes. The bison was by far one of the best things I've eaten in a while. Ultimately, it was saucy and has enough cheese to add a richness without being greasy and sloppy. As for the sweet potatoes...I will not order them again. The flavor was not amazing but what I generally did not enjoy was the texture. I expected smooth, almost baby food, purée. Instead it seemed there was an under cooked sweet added in. It caused a course texture that made the entire side a bit wierd. But don't you worry! They have multiple other GF sides to try. This is definitely not enough to deter the adventurous GF eater. This was our first time trying out this place. We got the spicy Thai wrap and salmon wrap today. The wraps had an insane amount of raw red onions which made it unpleasant to eat. We got the PH burger, Aloha burger, and Ninja burger (see photos). The chicken in the Aloha burger and tuna in the Ninja burger did not fill the bun. No apology, no acknowledgment of the flawed UberEats notification not even a "My bad!" Just dull, uninspiring d-baggery. Indeed, another 15 minutes elapsed before I could collect my order and go home. Of course, the food was still good as always, so, 4 stars! But, I'd recommend not ordering through UberEats. A friend and I checked this place out after our work out at the gym next door. I enjoyed the variety of choices on the menu from smoothies, açaí bowls, pancakes, and salads and wraps. I had the breakfast sandwich and Snickers iced coffee. The sandwich could have used some sort of sauce or seasoning but it was still tasty and the turkey bacon was prepared perfectly. The fed whites were generous. I loved the coffee because it was not too sweet. My friend had the chicken burger which, interestingly was made with portobello mushrooms as the bun and a salad. She felt the salad could have been a bit fresher- specifically the cucumbers but she really liked the burger. She also had a peanut butter smoothie which I sampled and it was delicious. The restaurant was light and bright with lots of seating. The employees were all helpful with the menu at this walk up and order place. I've gone to Protein House in Gilbert now over half dozen times. Each time I am surprised by the clean, efficient, and tasty eatery. They make your order bespoke and always offer both tasty and healthy options. As the name indicates, they have a great selection of proteins. Yes you can get ethically sourced meats, but also lots of vegan options too. My favorite protein here is the excellent grilled salmon. They feature rice bowls, but really you can make a bowl contain about anything of their 50 or so swappable ingredients. My typical meal is a "build a bowl" with salmon, brown rice, cabbage, cucumber, carrots and tomatoes. It tastes absolutely perfect every single time. And that brings up one of my favorite things about this place- they make everything with a consistently high quality. I know exactly it will be cooked right and have fresh ingredients. But bowls are just the start. They also ahve burgers, sandwiches, pancakes, shakes and more. Don't be put off by the heathfood options this place provides, it is also great tasting cabr options as well. The space itself is crisp, clean and modern. Lots of social distanced tables, very clean space and a chrome pop ethos. They play workout dance/euro pop music which i suppose makes sense if they are focusing on the folks coming from the gymn. It gets a bit tired after 30min but you will be long finished your meal by then. The staff is great. Kind and helpful is the encounters I've had with them. So we were going for sushi and this was on our route and switched it up and decided to give this place a try. I love anything healthy and protein I love. This place got it out of the park for us. From the service the staff were very friendly welcoming and helpful in helping us make choices and knowledgeable of what they had to offer. The ambiance was nice and very clean as well. Music was perfect level so we could still have conversations with each other and not have to shout. We would love if they came to Cali and opened one up by us. It would be my go to place for sure . I had the Sexy bowl which is with salmon avocado and all the other veggies I love. I was very satisfied with mine and would definitely suggest it if you like salmon. The flavors were perfect with their sauces , my husband got the new GFB Burger and my husband loved it as well. He loves pickles and they added pickles naturally my husband described it as they replaces the lettuce with pickles so he was in heaven he also did a side salad in place of a side. The dressing was delicious as well, my daughter made her own chicken bowl as she liked and was very satisfied with hers as well and my granddaughter ordered her own kids chicken bowl with sweet potatoes and enjoyed hers. It's worth giving a shot. The food is best when you select a pre-made menu option. If you build your own, I find the flavor to be lacking more than the meals they put together. The ones they put together are fantastic though! I have not tried their shakes yet. My biggest issue is that there's something going on with their air fries - you can't get them. No matter what channel I use to order the food, be it their app, door dash, etc, I get sweet potatoes. I just want to try the air fries. Next time I am there in person I will try it and see if I get sweet potatoes or not. The customer service is good too, no complaints. The only issue I did have ever, besides the air fries debacle, is my order wasn't ready once when I went to pick it up (which I am pretty sure was my fault, so I don't blame them), so they made it while I waited and they seem to have rushed because my vegetables were all raw, including the onions, so the raw onion overwhelmed the flavor of the meal.
