The bowls are hefty and full, so they fill you up. if you are going to get full, you might as well get full on goodness of healthy ingredients. But you can freestyle your bowl to customize what ingredients you want as well. The Pitaya base was like a sorbet / ice cream and the chia seed pudding was not slimy or weird, but added a nice parfait texture. They both went well together in the BLUE LAGOON bowl which was overall very refreshing, especially on a warm day. There are 2 sizes of bowls, Regular and Large but the Regular size is 16 ounces!
