Left a google review on this place for the lazy groom and customer service that their groomer Destiny did to my dog awhile ago, and their owner responded with such a head scratching response i felt like i needed to further express how much they don't listen or care to resolve a problem. 1. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I stated Destiny didnt even say hello to me until i engaged with her when i walked in with my dog, she immediately ran to my dog with clippers until I MYSELF said i needed to talk to her first.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I even told the employee i had a complaint and to get her for me prior to this. This wasn't relayed to destiny it seems.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you have cameras you would hear i said this to your staff member if voice is recorded. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The owner clearly acknowledge that Destiny ignored me by viewing the footage and writing it in the review like it was okay to do.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Why do i have to tell your staff TWICE that i have a complaint/problem with something? She went to my dog gave me 0 eye contact or greeting until i repeated that i have a complaint. She even tried to take my dog to fix the issue we spoke about on the phone without even looking at me or talking to me yet. 2. My dogs file wasn't clearly shared propely or filled out properly as we told a staff member in advance/put in an online grooming appaointment that stated: "no anal glands expressions" and yet that wasn't put in so they were done to my dog. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The owner says they care but their response was so automated to my partner and I, that i remain unhappy with the staff here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Theres no effort of an apology directly to me or a resolution. Pros: Super close to our house. The folks are friendly. Bathtubs are clean and neat. Amenities are plentiful. Nice selection of post-bath treats/toys to buy our dog. In close proximity to a Del Taco and Coffee Bean for human post-bath treats. Cons: Drying happens in a small enclosed room with two loud dryers. When you have extreme shedding dogs where the owners aren't able to remove a lot of the fur during the bathing process, the room gets really gross, really fast. Wet fur on the ground, dry fur being blown around everywhere. I left there last time covered in the other dog's fur (our dog is a non-shedding type). I wish they would have two separate drying rooms. They have an unlimited membership program that basically works out to the price of a single bath so we are enrolled. We just have to make sure we go when it's not busy which has worked out for the most part. read more

Bubbly paws had the best reviews and looked the cleanest so I tried it out, walking in the salon was clean and tidy, the self wash tub stations were easy to navigate and their staff is so helpful to answer any questions and providing everything you'll need. I believe my total was $31 which I think is very reasonable for what you get. Had a great experience bringing our golden retriever here for a self serve bath and dry. Although it's self wash, you get tons of support, the service here is amazing. They helped us get setup and had tons of tips and help to get us going. The place is also so clean! Great upkeep, and awesome baths, really by far the best self serve bath we've been to. Our dog is challenging with the baths, she does not like getting washed, but this was a great place to get her clean. Bath time for our furry ones is no longer a chore! What a fantastic facility we have found in Bubbly Paws. It's everything you would want in a dog wash business that offers self-wash tubs. The tubs are non-slip and can accommodate dogs of various sizes. They have great smelling shampoos and other products. And plenty of towels! They even have enclosed drying rooms so you can dry your doggies away from other distractions. The prices are very reasonable. Our dog can be very anxious when being bathed and groomed, Michelle was able to clip and grind his nails that were desperately in need of them and cleaned up the hair around his paws.
