NEW means all syringes are filled and sealed
    Tiffany S.

***********A GOOD THING GONE BAD************ This use to be my second home, according to boyfriend my first. LOL!!! Now it has become really popular amongst people. The popularity coupled with the junk selling has placed a damper on my shopping thrill. I was amongst those who would regularly pickup items 2- 3 times a week with no returns. Now I am finding myself ordering 10-15 items and returning at least five. It is a huge inconvenience because I have to sit in parking lot and review everything and then send back a lot of items. Then the workers don't take their time placing items in the car, they hurry up and just throw them in your car and move onto the next. Well yesterday I picked up an oral whitening kit. In the description it read NEW, which meant it has not been used and still in manufacturer' s condition. I opened the kit and two of the syringes have been used along with the mouth Gard. I was blown away. It was very nasty and unsanitary. When items are returned no one is checking them before placing back in QUE to bind on item. If the workers would inspect the products than this problem would be curtailed tremendously. I remember a while ago, a manager expressed to me the staff don't read and inspect, they scan and place on shelf for bidding. Then after sending an email not looking for anything in return just wanted to express my thoughts. I was emailed in return with Jardine to push the blame on me who should be grateful this is located here. It was very offensive and the representative had no empathy. Instead of taking full responsibility. The representative provided details about the policy, how to return the item and the time I have to return the item. It was obviously not important to review the account and see it was already returned I just wanted to express to corportate.

Ask for a reschedule and they canceled my order and then added fees. Was chatting with a representative and she stop responding. This is unacceptable! I want my fees waived and my items I paid for.

What a wild concept. I say that because is it close out? Is it liquidation? Is it a pallet return store? I was driving by weekly as they were building the property to get to Bridgeland on 99. I looked at their website *then* to get an idea of what type of auction. Seemed kind of like a funky niche of items. My mom told me about it & said a friend of hers buys frequently from there. She found a 99 cent pair of pantyhose. Again with the niche... lol Then, I saw a guy bidding on a peloton bike at my son's Christmas program. We've been needing a new washing machine because our 6 year old one had enough. Something told me to check Nellis. Boom. A brand new, still in box Kenmore. I won for $297. We picked it up & again what a wild concept! Their building is massive. There's a small pickup area for you to grab your item(s). When you drive behind the building, there's tons of empty 18 wheelers, pallets nearly stacked, bays full of discarded items that I guess arrive broken? Pickup was mostly organized. The QR code to check in wasn't working so an employee was nice to tell me, "I'll need your phone number." I gave it to him, some guy flung the washer in to the bed of our truck lol, and another guy told me he needed a 4 digit code. None of the emails, app notifications, or appointment settings said anything about a 4 digit code. It's supposed to be the last 4 of your phone number, FYI. Anyways - highly recommend checking out their site, making sure your item is new & shopping to beat retail prices!

It's a hit or miss. But they have a great and easy return policy. Check all of your items you win before leaving and return the same trip.

Selling items that are "used" when actually they should've been trashed.

Disappointed My first adventure was bidding on this pool thermometer. It said "used" but this is beyond used, most likely broken. Its solar panel is cracked, waiting for it to charge to see if it'll even turn on. The fact I was waiting in the line for 30 mins past my appointment time to get this garbage is beyond ridiculous.

It is busy and the pickup process looks a bit chaotic, but actually works pretty well.

She has amazing merchandise for sale and she makes sure to let you know if something is dented, chipped, or whatever. Even though she doesn't have too. After the lunch, each veteran was given Magnolia Gardens auction bucks to bid on items from furniture, clothing, appliances, and miscellaneous items. She made it fun! They had so much fun and seeing the joy on their faces for being invited to this special day for them meant so much! As a volunteer, it meant a lot to my husband and to me. They were continually thanked for their service and we all received many hugs of appreciation when they were leaving. Her auctions are also fun! She offers unique furniture, antiques, clothing, outside furniture, jewelry and so many treasures. I highly recommend this business. The heart of this business is Tina Murphy, because she cares about others!

Short story: I probably won't purchase from them again…read more Long story: I bid on a few lots through one of their online auctions. I am local, but I wasn't able to go to the preview, so I relied on the photos of the items. This will come up again later. When the auction ended, the items were marked with an ambiguous message "you may have won" and since there was also a live auction, I assumed others may have been bidding, so I waited to be contacted. In the auction agreement, it states you will be notified by phone the next day if you win. I never received a call or email, but for the next week or so, I kept checking and the items still said "you may have won." I thought perhaps they needed more time to catalogue things, so I waited. Finally, I called and spoke to someone named Kay, who told me she had emailed me (again, the site says you will be notified with a phone call). Regardless, I did not receive an email, and it was not in my junk mail either. Kay told me I must be mistaken, and even insinuated I was lying or being dishonest. She never apologized and acted like I was in the wrong the entire time. She was extremely rude over the phone. I was willing to look past this (everyone has bad days) and went to pick up my items. When I arrived, I spoke to a man, I think he might either own the auction house or at least be in charge. I was really disappointed to find that all of the items I purchased were in much worse condition than shown in the photos. For example, a lot of purses showed several photos that made them look like they were in good condition, when in reality, the insides were torn up and awful. This man, no doubt aware that I had gotten a horrible deal, told me that I had actually gotten a really GOOD deal, and the lot was "at least $10,000 worth of purses." That wasn't even close to being correct. They were all garbage, and I ended up having to throw almost all of them away as most weren't salvageable or were cheap "made in China" bags. I have no idea why he felt the need to lie to me. It really left me with a bad impression. Another example was a small Chinese screen I purchased. Only the front was shown in the photos, but when I picked up the item, the back was completely ripped up. When I complained about this, the man said, "Oh, people usually hang these on the wall, so the back doesn't matter." Overall, I was extremely disappointed in my experience there. I probably won't purchase again, but if I do, I will be very careful. I would suggest other buyers beware and exercise caution when dealing with Lewis & Maese.
