Upon entering the store my husband states that it took a while to be greeted. When they finally were greeted the owner asks what brought them in. My husband stated they just came from the Quickcare and the kids wanted to come see the fish. Astonishingly the woman gave him a look and stated "Oh well I hope they're not sick" and not with the tone of being worried for them, but rather to the tone of they shouldn't be in the store if they're sick. The entire rest of the visit every time my husband and kids came remotely close to her she would go across the store. Again, my husband and kids were not sick and shouldn't have been met with hostility. I get being weary of your own health, but my husband is very easy going and for him to bring up this quick bad interaction to me speaks to how rude/off putting this was. Safe to say we won't be returning or purchasing from this store again and from the looks of other reviews this is not the first time the owner here has mistreated customers. In this time we should all know by now that kindness goes a long way and I hope this business does better.

When we first brought Chewie home, we were very worried because he had a cough and needed medical care. As a new puppy owner, it was stressful and scary because all we wanted was for him to be healthy, comfortable, and okay. I am thankful that Puppy Boutique Las Vegas did not ignore our concerns and helped make sure Chewie received care through the clinic they partnered with. I also want to thank Calvin for being friendly and helpful during the process. Even though the beginning was stressful, I appreciate that they stayed involved and helped with Chewie's health. I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping treat Chewie and taking care of him. Because of their care, Chewie is doing much better now, and that has been a huge relief for us. At the end of the day, I am thankful that Chewie is healthier, happier, and doing well now. The whole setup for the animals was incredible. The store was clean, the cages were clean, the animals were healthy. A woman helped us and let us interact with all of the Syrian hamsters. Unfortunately, we decided to try this location because it was closer to home, and the experience was disappointing from the very beginning. I called ahead to see if I could get my dog, Chanel, in for an anal gland expression and nail trim. The employee who answered the phone, Gina, asked for my phone number and Chanel's name. She then discovered that Chanel was incorrectly listed in their system under a completely different dog's name, "Dolly," with a different owner, but somehow connected to my phone number. She tried to update the information but said the computer system was not allowing her to make any changes because it was down. When we arrived a few minutes later, the interaction continued to feel unnecessarily difficult. I was immediately told, "We are more expensive." I found that comment confusing because I had simply requested two services and had not asked about pricing or complained about the cost. I was then asked for proof of rabies vaccination. I explained that I did not have the paperwork with me and asked whether they could verify it through their system, since my dog had previously been seen through PetSmart. Instead of simply helping me determine what information they had available, I felt like I was repeatedly sent back and forth between employees. The Banfield employee also repeatedly asked where Chanel had received her vaccinations. She then explained that the place was closed and therefore unavailable to verify the records, there didn't seem to be much effort to find another solution. The overall attitude came across as very uninterested and unwelcoming, particularly considering that we were simply trying to get routine care for our dog. What made this even more disappointing is that I had actually called this location previously and had a poor experience with someone on the phone, which was one of the reasons I had chosen another PetSmart location in the past. I completely understand that rabies documentation and vaccination requirements are important, and I have no issue with legitimate policies. My issue was the way the situation was handled and the lack of courtesy, communication, and willingness to help. We ultimately left without having Chanel's services done and will not be returning to this location. I would strongly recommend pet owners consider another location if they are looking for a welcoming and helpful experience. There are other PetSmart/Banfield locations where we have been treated with much more professionalism and kindness.

What I needed was in the fridge and the manager got it all ready for me with ice packs to ensure coldness until I got to my destiny. There is feed and hay outside as well.
