I am happy for the time spent in there, but i would like to mention all the good and bad stuffs. The place is great, clean, organised, it is more than a simple manicure and pedicure, with all the massage from the massage chairs and the drinks offered. The apoinment was at 10 am, i was taken immediately by Raysa, a very kind woman, who speaks a little bit of english. She took care of me and my requests accordingly, just the big minus was that it was for her first time in life when she did a gel mani and padi (?!). For her first time, the mani was amazing, the pedi was so and so because i didn't pay anymore attention to all details, i was speaking on cell, but for a professional, it was just ok. I felt very good and pampered, just when i had to pay instead of 84$ of how much they told me when i called, was 144$. The front desk guy explained me very kindly that what i wanted was not a gel mani pedi, was a refill gel mani pedi + shellac (?!). I just wanted my old gel nails to be refilled and have a french. I don't know how things are going in here, but for a mani + pedi gel with tips included to pay 160$, i think it is too much. made an appointment. While I was at work I received my conformation phone call so I wasn't able to pick up. When I got to my appointment I was scolded for not answering my phone and told that next time they would give away my appointment. I tried to apologize when he interrupted me and told me that he tried call many times and I need to answer my phone(which I only had one missed call).Ok so not a good start. Then I asked the nice nail tech to make my nails a bit thicker because I am a professional dancer and am hard on my hands. She said ok although she continues to make them thin. The next day when they broke I called to make an appointment to get it fixed. When I went back in the manager told me that they would fix it this one time but it is not their fault it broke. I explained how I repeatedly asked for them thinker And how she didn't. Then he told me (almost yelling )how I only paid for a fill so it's not their responsibility to make them thicker even though I got the full set there. I told him the price didn't matter what mattered was that I got the nails I wanted. I would have paid for whatever they charged me for. He raised his voice more and argued his point! Dear reader, I regret to inform you that Neo-Nails will never, ever see my family's business going forward. My wife and my mother-in-law have been regular clients of this establishment twice a month for two full acrylic sets, hands and feet, for years now. Today, as my wife called to make an appointment, the OWNER of the business, a rather unpleasant gentleman with complete lack of tact, client service skills and telephone etiquette hang up in her face saying that he no longer wants her business. After calling back, no explanation was given and the misogynistic rant by the OWNER continued. As this is his private enterprise, he absolutely has the right to refuse service to anyone, what he does not have the right to do, however, is disrespect a WOMAN. Period. Full stop. As a Cuban immigrant to this great country, my wife is quite familiar with such disrespect in the country of her birth, it is rather unfortunate that yet another immigrant had to be the one to remind her of her previous life. this is my first review, I am a client of Neo Nails for almost a year and I can say that this salon is kept spotless as the first day, is a block from where begins the brickell area perhaps not in the best area but is the best salon in the area 5 star! and the reasons are: is modern and super clean, the waxing room, facial room and pedicure , manicure stations and especially the bathroom always smells clean,they give you chanpane , wine, coffee, water,you can leave the tips on the card parking is free and that is money for my pocket lol its prices are affordable and they use the best products compared to other salons .por example Rik Rak $ 60 for mani and pedi and make the pedi in a bucket as well in Trini salon, the Asians in Mary briekell they charge $ 42 and do not offer anything to drink, and you have $ 5 in parking and do a poor job, Sport nails is in a old and ugly building and the service is mediocre and you pay $ 5 for parking plus $4 in ATM for the tip. Oren owner/who answers the phone Is absolutely terrible. He is so rude to us guests when booking over the phone and when we came in he yelled at us. it's completely uncalled for as we were just looking at color after washing our hands as asked. My friend had asked for a lady who she absolutely loved to do her toes again. He proceeded to come ask a question that we answered. And said we were playing games and rudely walked away causing a scene that's embarrassing. i feel so bad for these ladies because we love the work they provide us it's always quality. I would give 5 stars but he's the first interaction with us guests. Again OREN the owner/front desk man is A fucking nightmare. Like WHO HURT YOU!!!! I pray that he's not abusove to these hard working ladies. because without them his ass would be so far under its not even funny. I recently visited Neo Nails salon during a weekend trip to Miami, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. I had booked a gel manicure appointment the day before. I was informed that the salon would hold my credit card on file as a form of securing my appointment, which I think is an excellent policy to ensure that people are serious about their appointments and that the salon's time is respected. The staff was very welcoming and attentive when I arrived. The nail tech who helped me was super friendly and helped me choose a new nail color that I absolutely love. After choosing my color, I was offered a glass of wine to enjoy during my appointment. Yuliet, who did my nails, did an absolutely fantastic job. I'm very particular about who does my nails, but I can now confidently say that I have found my go-to nail salon in Miami. I will definitely be returning to Neo Nails salon when I'm back in town, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional nail salon experience. If I could give 0 stars I would. What a rude man you have answering the phone and taking your appointments. I called to make an appointment with my regular nail lady and I asked if she was available and he ask " what do you want done" and i asked again is she available that day and he very rudely again asked in a very bad tone "what do you want done" and I said well i want to know if she is working that day first and " he said you dont want to answer I will just hang up and hung up on me". I was appalled to say the least. Here is a customer that goes every two weeks and spends close to $100 dollars each time and because of his rudeness , which by the way i have encountered his rudeness before several other times, they just lost a good customer. Obvisouly they must not care about loosing the business and its very sad because they have great girls who work there. When I finally got ahold of the man as to why I am having trouble with getting an appointment. He accused me of not calling prior when I have a call log attached below. He said and I quote "there are enough nail salons in Miami, goodbye." I have been a repeated customer at this salon and I am appalled by the behavior. I love Neo Nails... I come here often and think it's a great salon. HOWEVER, do not get your nails done by Yolandy or her name is something like that. She doesnt speak english. Her pedicures were painful. Manicures even more painful. My cuticles were literally bleeding and still red and throbbing. She never asked me how I wanted my nails shaped and when i finally took the chance to look at that when she was about to polish I realized they were all uneven and a shape I've never gotten before. I asked her to fix it... of course didn't understand me since I don't speak spanish. Then to top it all off she never gave me a hand massage for my manicure. VERY DISSAPOINTED. read more

I came here with friends on my trip in Miami on Friday the 19th of January. I must say at first glance, it was not what I had expected in a nail salon. But once we walked inside, it was more than my expectations. My nail technician was Emilia and she was amazing. She picked out the perfect shade of gold and glitter that I wanted for my Miami vacation and her massages on my feet and hands (especially my hands)were amazing. Awesome service and so much fun! I needed some me time and TLC, I've been so stressed out with life. I got the Neo Spa mani and pedi. Got rid of the dry skin on my hands and feet. This new nail salon is amazing, finally a great place in Brickell! I came across this place while buying pizza next door, and it was like walking into a different world. The place has a unique contemporary look, and the most important thing, (for me at least), is that it's clean with great service. I tried every nail salon in Brickell, and was very disappointed, I'm so happy to finally find a place near by I can go to.
