I used to go online and purchase lotion but once you factor in shipping cost and wait time, his price is the same if not $5-10 cheaper. He painted and redid the whole inside beautifully. He also made some really smart bed upgrade choices as well. He must realize you have spend money to make money. Crazy right? Now if only the nail place next door was better. I've never been tanning before either. When I got there the lady at the front desk took my info and explained to me about the beds. She suggested to go up to another bed which was only a $10 difference. I also figured I would just buy tanning lotion at the salon too. She went over about the lotions and since I have tattoos I went with jwoww. We then proceeded to the room and she explained everything to me on what to do. I was going about every other day. Everytime I went in, the front desk person was nice. I had a great experience and when my month was up, I talked with the front desk person about how I saw reviews about not going up in time, she explained it's because the owner doesn't want you to burn. Now that I am back from cancun and pretty tan, I might start go back and buy a tanning package to keep my tan! Everyone that works there is super nice also.

So I had to get my drivers license. The morale has totally changed for the worse. I wish NLT never sold. If I have to be identified as a barcode and not a name I'm going elsewhere. Everytime I go there the girls are on the phone having personal conversations. I didn't know tan city pays the associates to make personal phone calls. And the girls are never at the desk. Greet people as they walk and and thank them for their business. Poor customer service and they provide no specials or incentives for permanent customers. I can see why I don't have to wait for a bed anymore because the customer count declined. Atmosphere is totally different at palm beach. They acknowledge me by name and treat me like a person and not a barcode.

Flickering bulbs in a tanning bed, especially more than one such bulb, can and will result in a sizable decrease in the intensity of the light, greatly decreasing tanning efficiency. It is like if I were to go to a restaurant and order a sandwich, and they served me one with a couple bites taken out. In other words, not satisfactory at all. It doesn't matter how many times you complain, the same weakening bulbs will remain in the bed you've paid to use, and the staff will keep trying to stick you in that bed despite complaints. So like I said, the prices seem pretty good, but with the light of such consistently poor quality, it doesn't seem like such a good deal after all.

I have to say not one complaint from me the staff is wonderful and your questions are answered. The place is very clean and peaceful, it makes me feel real relaxed. I do recommend this tanning salon, I have been to others and couldn't wait to get out of there. I am 57 so don't have much knowledge on this button so it can feel overwhelming to say the least. Neon Beach Tan has explained everything and always helps you on your way to a real beach tan. Not to mention I think the machines look and work awesome.

Went in yesterday on my day off for clear medium spray tan. I've gotten them at other places before…read moreand never had problem with the way they turned out but it was my first time at this place and this morning I woke up to mass amounts of uneven residue all over my face and body which she told me wouldn't happen with the clear which is why I chose it. My chest and arms and stomach and legs have reside in my pores making it look like I have shit ton of black heads everywhere. I have splotches of white areas all over. Splotches of orange freckle looking areas. I went in the shower to get the access off and damn near all of the color wiped off on my towel and now I have no other choice but to go to work like this smh. I am so mad and embarrassed. Idek how to fix it at this point but when I finally do I am never going back there again. Debating if I should even bother wasting my time asking for my money back smh. I'm too ashamed to even upload pics right now.... I just wanna crawl back into bed and cry until this goes away ughh‍
