That always makes me happy. I was able to get an appointment that week with esthetician Lauren. You'll probably miss this spot when you first arrive because its inconspicuously tucked away inside a nondescript office building. See my photos of the exterior of where to go and you'll save yourself a bit of time and confusion. There's a few metered spots directly outside the office building as well as a metered parking lot behind the building. Flawless is on the second floor and the elevator didn't look like it worked, so be prepared for stairs in terms of accessibility. Their space is super cute, welcoming and buzzing with happy clients. This was the first time I ever had a lash lift, and Lauren was great! She was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and followed COVID safety protocol. The building itself is older, and in her service room, it was super muggy when we started my service. I was overheating and she was kind enough to put on the AC specifically to make me more comfortable. I loved my lashes afterwards and they lasted longer than I expected. Comparatively, their prices are fair and even with other local businesses. They also offer tanning and other beauty services, and I won't hesitate to return here for a future service. I have to say not one complaint from me the staff is wonderful and your questions are answered. The place is very clean and peaceful, it makes me feel real relaxed. I do recommend this tanning salon, I have been to others and couldn't wait to get out of there. I am 57 so don't have much knowledge on this button so it can feel overwhelming to say the least. Neon Beach Tan has explained everything and always helps you on your way to a real beach tan. Not to mention I think the machines look and work awesome.

Went in yesterday on my day off for clear medium spray tan. I've gotten them at other places before…read moreand never had problem with the way they turned out but it was my first time at this place and this morning I woke up to mass amounts of uneven residue all over my face and body which she told me wouldn't happen with the clear which is why I chose it. My chest and arms and stomach and legs have reside in my pores making it look like I have shit ton of black heads everywhere. I have splotches of white areas all over. Splotches of orange freckle looking areas. I went in the shower to get the access off and damn near all of the color wiped off on my towel and now I have no other choice but to go to work like this smh. I am so mad and embarrassed. Idek how to fix it at this point but when I finally do I am never going back there again. Debating if I should even bother wasting my time asking for my money back smh.
