When a "senior" stylist attempted to curl my hair and it fell flat, she said "oh wow I guess your hair doesn't hold curl. I'll take the charge off for the style," then took my cape off and walked me to the front to usher me out. I've never, ever met a hair stylist who couldn't curl hair. I was baffled. My second visit I made sure to book a different stylist, yet my experience was 10 times worse. I asked for reddish brown hair and we picked out two swatches together she said she would mix 50/50. Instead she dyed my hair BLACK. She told me she had added in a third color that we never discussed - a neutral that clearly was not only way too dark but completely canceled out the warm tones and red tones. The next day I had to spend 5 hours having her attempt to fix it. I asked her to please Just lighten it as much as possible to get it close to the color I came in with, as I did not want her touching my hair anymore. First she tried a lightening treatment that did not work. Then she did a BLEACH bath, then a toner. Hours later my hair had lightened, but completely unevenly. I left with brown hair that had streaks of black in it. Naturally, I asked for a refund for this absolute fiasco. Not only did I not get what I wanted or ask for, this girl essentially destroyed my hair, wasted my money, two days and hours of my life while I now have to live with this awful hair or pay double to find someone who will attempt to fix it for me. The owner texted me and doubled down on the fact that she would not give a refund because I had a "corrective" service done. Corrective for who?? it did not correct the fiasco that is now my hair. I am not only out time and money but you destroyed the way I look, and damaged my hair with all of the extra treatments. And you're doubling down on the fact that your policy is to not offer refunds? For a problem your stylist created in the first place because she had no idea what she was doing, then was unable to fix?? These girls can't curl hair and they can't color hair. Thank God I did not let any of them near my head with scissors. And the owner is a joke. The salon itself pretends to be high end offering organic services, yet when you walk in it's run down and in need of paint and basic styling. You're offering organic hair care but your mini fridge is stocked with Pepsi for guests? Do not go here. Do not let these girls touch your hair, and do not support an owner who refuses to do the right thing when given the opportunity.

I let her know I want to be her company, I am a business owner myself when it comes to my client I would take it out of my business account and whatever third-party or system that she uses, she should have dealt with them on their own not me needing to wait at that point I had no choice because she gave me no other options She said I finally put a review on my social media Instagram, which I also have proof of at that point she goes into my DM's threatening me to sue me get attorneys involved and she also told me I'm not getting my money. Well take that back first she said it was going to be six weeks. She never told me six weeks until now, so two weeks six weeks by the end of that conversation when I said the review is based off of my experience that I had with you and your company I have every right to express she then told me now I'm not getting anything. I also have those screenshots overall it was her because I considered her a friend, this wasn't $100 job. This was $650. Linda and her team are not just excellent at nails. I've had numerous manicures and pedicures here and they always do a great job. In addition, they are really nice people who care about their customers. I come here whenever I visit Cleveland. It is in a great location in the heart of Little Italy so I always bring a friend or family member to get their nails done too. Since I am in their system, they know exactly what I need. I always check out any new services they offer if I can. I haven't had a massage there yet but I'm planning on it soon. There is parking for customers only. Since Little Italy does not have a lot of parking, that is a real plus. Yelp should really take down the review that complained about parking as it is obvious that person was never a customer of the spa. I would give Spa 322 6 stars if I could.
