There are almost 700 pinball and arcade games. $23 per person for an all-day wristband. Unlimited Free Play, hundreds of vintage and modern pinball machines and arcade classics (excluding select prize and claw games). The worlds largest lunchbox collections, re-entry privileges, snack shop or order door dash an enjoy your food in a designated eating area. They even have a party room. There are soda machines that require exact change in dollar bills only. I have to say I am so IMPRESSED with how CLEAN it was. Not 1 drink ring on any glass top pinball machines. NOT 1!!! Love the drink holders on the games. And not 1 broke down game, that's super impressive. From the minute you walk in the door everything was in tip top shape, for the volume of people they serve and how many games they have it's all really impressive. Also, amazing ventilation, I expected it to be hot and it wasn't, in fact bring a jacket. And the people that were 'boo hooing" about the "service is terrible", it's them that have to be "terrible". The guy who greeted me at the counter (black beanie and beard) was lovely and informative. And no "it's not sensory friendly" .... asking if it's "too noisy" is ridiculous. There're almost 700 games!! No Karen, it's not going to be "quiet". Their website says "everyone needs a wristband to enter", those are the rules, what is so confusing about that?? I can see why they wouldn't let anyone in to wonder around for their kid...the place is huge... How about - tell your kid to meet you outside at X time. That's not difficult, and if your kid can't follow that direction maybe they shouldn't be there, and/or you go with them. Whiney crybabies!

Our bartender Shana was very patient and sweet to us as we were looking over the menu and she told us that we can ask her any questions if we come across any. We ordered a Root 84 classic for the time being as we weren't sure if we were going to order anything else as we were stuffed. But they had a sweet deal going on Sunday which was $5 pizza slices or $6 for their pizza of the week. Additionally, they had karaoke about to start when we had arrived. We couldn't stay for that as well as we drove from Washington and were very tired, but my boyfriend said he would be so down to go back on a karaoke night to sing some of his favorite 80s songs. I loved seeing all their different 80s arcade games as I have never seen any of those games as I was born in 1993 so it was really cool to see some early arcade machine designs as well as the pinball machines too. The vibes inside are dark with neon lights which I really love and they had a retro menu sign inside the bar. Mars was the owner who came to introduce us to the place and directed us to the bar as well. When he saw me taking several pictures, he came to tell us how Arcade 2084 came to be and the hard work he and his staff put into making this place come alive. He was very sweet and you could tell how passionate he was to preserve this place and the beauty of the 80s. They operate on a card system, so no coins needed when you visit. My pinball wizard friend had been traveling arcade ready with coins in her bag, but it turns out they weren't needed. Ground Kontrol supplies free lockers to store your stuff; just follow the instructions and don't forget your code. I learned a lot about pinball during my visits here, and played more pinball than I usually do because of that. I mean, why not? I played one of the newest pinball games, released within weeks of my visit, which was Pokemon themed, and I played one of the more vintage pinball machines, Xenon. And everything in between! It was awesome. $20 loaded onto a card will get you 15ish games, but there is a different cost depending on which game you're playing. I was satisfied with the value and would, and did! come back again. Highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area! There was this tall, skinny, ginger almost looked like leprechaun slender man I'm not great with names but I'm pretty sure it was Beckham he really made my experience wonderful he chatted it up with my kiddos about soccer really gave them tips and tricks on how to be better !! another shoutout for a worker would be this dude who is also a taller ish skinny build i couldn't tell if he had ginger or brown curly hair ?! he had a busted scar on his lip once again not the best with names but I think it was Ashton he wished me a great time with my nephews and called them the cutest things he's ever seen upon request he threw my kiddos on the zip line and put it in "demon speed" didn't know that was a feature but they really had a blast!!! They told me to come back for fun next weekend I'll see be coming back with nephews !!!
