Voted World's Favorite Pinball Arcade! And I totally agree. There are almost 700 pinball and arcade games. $23 per person for an all-day wristband. Unlimited Free Play, hundreds of vintage and modern pinball machines and arcade classics (excluding select prize and claw games). The worlds largest lunchbox collections, re-entry privileges, snack shop or order door dash an enjoy your food in a designated eating area. They even have a party room. There are soda machines that require exact change in dollar bills only. I have to say I am so IMPRESSED with how CLEAN it was. Not 1 drink ring on any glass top pinball machines. NOT 1!!! Love the drink holders on the games. And not 1 broke down game, that's super impressive. From the minute you walk in the door everything was in tip top shape, for the volume of people they serve and how many games they have it's all really impressive. Also, amazing ventilation, I expected it to be hot and it wasn't, in fact bring a jacket. And the people that were 'boo hooing" about the "service is terrible", it's them that have to be "terrible". The guy who greeted me at the counter (black beanie and beard) was lovely and informative. And no "it's not sensory friendly" .... asking if it's "too noisy" is ridiculous. There're almost 700 games!! No Karen, it's not going to be "quiet". Their website says "everyone needs a wristband to enter", those are the rules, what is so confusing about that?? I can see why they wouldn't let anyone in to wonder around for their kid...the place is huge... How about - tell your kid to meet you outside at X time. That's not difficult, and if your kid can't follow that direction maybe they shouldn't be there, and/or you go with them. Whiney crybabies! read more

HOLY. SWEET. SISTER. MARY. FRANCIS. This place is... AWESOME. A couple buddies went with me from Eugene to Hillsboro to primarily check out this place. We are very pleased that we did. Upon pulling in, we worried, because the parking up front is sparse. There is, however, ample parking around the back. You have to hoof it a bit once to you do get parked, but they have enough room for everyone. There are food trucks outside - one with pizzas and others with chicken basket kinds of items. There are other small buildings around the main, large one. I am not sure what all is in those. One of them in the back has a bunch of claw machines. The others may be museum places and we didn't check those out. Once inside the main building, you get a wristband that allows you to play all day for $23. There is a small section of ticket/claw machine kind of games, but the vast majority of the 690 games are free to play arcade machines. Now, I have a multicade at home. I can play a lot of arcade games, but even with 12,000 games on my machine, there are a lot that I don't have. This place has many of the ones that mine doesn't (not all - but most). And it has 300+ pinball machines. When my friends and I first walked in, I went into a U-shaped area and spent 45 minutes playing a couple old racing games a bunch of pinball machines. They have pinball machines I've never heard. Lots of them that I have never heard of. My machine doesn't do pinball and I'm terrible at them, so I rarely play, but when they are free, I played a whole bunch! Beyond pinball, there was a skeeball area, several different driving games - including 3 different 4-person sets of Mario Kart, but they were always full with people that didn't one round and move on, they would play for 40 minutes straight and hog the entire thing. We never got to play Mario Kart since it was perpetually taken. We did get in on some other driving machines by luck. There was a Star Wars area with Star Wars games, there were old school and new school arcade games. There was one where you pull your guy up a mountain by pulling on a rope. A VR game, lots of shooters, and it is big enough that I lost my buddies a couple times and it took 3-4 minutes to figure out where they were playing. We were there for 5 hours an in no way had a chance to remote play everything. We wouldn't have had a chance to play all of the pinball machines solely (even though I suck at them and my games go pretty quickly) if that was all I was there to do. They did have a couple couches here and there and with all the standing in front of machines, your back and legs can get tired. There is a U-shaped area to bring your food from the food trucks inside to eat. Far too much to see and do in this place. I should note that it is very loud. If you have autistic children, they may struggle here. Noise cancelling headphones may help, but my voice was starting to go after the 5 hours because you have to be pretty loud to be heard over all of the games and the people inside. This place is epic. It doesn't have everything (I would have loved to have played Elevator Action, but they didn't have it), but it has soooo many games. And if pinball is your thing, you'll think you died and went to heaven. You really have to start early and somehow stay all day to get through sections of the establishment and even then, you'll have to come back again and again to finish playing the rest of the titles. I wish they had a method of moving people along for the popular driving games so people didn't just camp there for the majority of an hour, but there was plenty else to do so it is by no means a deal breaker. This place is cool. All you can play pinball and video games for only 23 bucks? Yes, please! The place is humongous! They have pinball machines and video games from the classics all the way up to the present. I actually prefer the more classic pinball machines, because the current ones that they come out with now, have so many different things going on, so many different features, I like the simplicity of the earlier machines. The machines are in immaculate condition, they do a very good job of keeping them up. They do have a few games that you have to pay for, those are the "ticket" type of games. Other than that, everything is pretty much fair game. With your wristband, you can come and go as you please. I got there when they opened at noon, and I stayed until about 4 PM, and then I came back at six and almost stayed till they closed at nine. That's a lot of pinball and video games for a very low price. They do get busier on the weekends, and also on Friday when they have tournaments, but with the massive number of machines, you will find something to play.This is definitely a place to come visit. They have food carts on the outside of the museum, with seating, then they also have a seating area inside the museum. You can have what you ordered on the outside, or they even let you bring your own food and drink. They just ask that you eat in the designated area. Where do I even begin? If there was ever a heaven for game geeks, this is as close as you will ever come. For just $23/day with in-and-out privileges, you can play unlimited games to your heart's content. With over 690 games and growing, wall-to-wall memorabilia and signed photos, and everything from childhood classics to newer titles -- they've got it all. And if you're a pinball wizard, this is absolutely your place. Hours are 10am to 9pm with plenty of parking. Getting hungry mid-session? No problem. You can bring your own food or grab something from their outdoor food carts -- hot dogs, pizza, you name it. There are also restaurants nearby, and with in-and-out privileges, you'll definitely want to take a break and refuel before diving back in. They even have a party room available for birthday parties or corporate events. And don't overlook the bathrooms -- yes, the bathrooms -- because the memorabilia continues in there too! Fair warning: I was so obsessed that I played all day long... and woke up the next morning with seriously sore hands. Totally worth it. BETTER THAN THERAPY! They say you can't go back in time. This proves them wrong! This place was super fun, extremely nostalgic, and a definite sensory overload... In a good way. Once you step through these doors, forget about age. The only problem I had with my memory at my age, was this place was so big, that I couldn't remember where the next machine I wanted to play was at. More than just pinball, they have tons of video games, arcade games, and museum quality collectibles and memorabilia everywhere you look. Give yourself at least a couple hours to let loose, go play, and have yourself a great time. Definitely a must do for family and friends. My only advice, is don't come on a holiday because it will be super crowded. If you can figure out some time off during the week, that might be better. Absolutely incredible! First time I've come here and was completely amazed at what was inside the doors. I have never seen anything like it in my life. I came with my family and we all had such a great time. So much to do. We got there at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and before we knew it it was dark outside. Ours had passed and we were all still full of energy to be there. The number of machines is astonishing. The decorations on the wall from action figures to lunchboxes just never ended. I will be taking friends here on a regular basis so I can see the looks on their faces when they come in. Great job to the people who put this together. You did an exceptional job. So fun! And so cheap for all you can play! I love that you can just push and play and theres no limited credit BS. Its so fun to just be able to play without doing mental gymnastics to see whether or not it'd be worth it for the amount of credits you have left. As well as the pinball machines they have TONS of retro arcade game machines and lots of new stuff as well! Genuinely a place that can be enjoyed by all ages. The staff are always super kind and helpful! AND it's open late!!! One of the only things you can do in the Portland Metro Area thats open past 9pm! You can even leave and comeback if you have something planned or need food, your wrist band will allow you to get back in! None of this "if you leave you have to buy another ticket" crap. With arcades being a dying breed and feeling more and more like a cash grab nowadays, places like these are important to have! read more

Pretty cool spot especially for pinball fans. Everyone gets charged the admission fee but you get to play there for the entire day if you want to. A lot of nostalgia as you see the different eras that have past (it does make you feel old too). They also have some modern games too so they can keep the kids busy and they will have a lot of fun. I also appreciate that they have ongoing designated cleaners constantly wiping everything down and hand sanitizer everywhere. All the machines I tried were in excellent conditions. You pay $23 per person in your party and get a bracelet that allows you to move in and out the building as needed. They also allow you to bring in food from other places and eat it at a few tables they've set up. This means your favorite food truck may have set up nearby. Smart lovely place. There are a few couched scattered around the place which makes it much easier for people (like me) who have invisible disabilities which means they need to sit every once in a while. read more

And for being called a "museum" is a misnomer, because it's more like a collectible's heavenly dream! Forget the regular art and science museums of downtown Portland, and trek on over here to recapture that nostalgic feeling of playing pinball, video games, and seeing TOYS!!! Upon arrival at the entrance, you start by checking-in at the front desk. Pay your admission fee of $22, and they give you a wrist band; Good for 'all-day' unlimited game play! And with ins-n-outs. I've only been here twice, but both times I've had great interactions with the staff at the front desk. I didn't know what to expect, but think of a large warehouse with this: ~ Pinballs GALORE!!! You'll find probably ever classic pinball from The Six Million Dollar Man, to Star Trek, to Bobby Orr Power Play. To the more modern pinball titles like Deadpool, Tron Legacy, and The Mandalorian. ~ Aracdes GALORE!!! I got to relive playing BurgerTime, Commando, Moon Patrol, Q*Bert, R*Type, TRON, Off Road, and Robotron... I can go on and on on what I use to play. I'd say 90% of the stand-up video games that I had played back then, are here. ~ Collectibles GALORE!!! Maaaan, now this was the unexpected part of visiting this place. Yes, it's an archive for Transformers toys, Star Wars, LoTR, Harry Potter, Marvel. Plenty of old school lunch boxes (YES, real metal lunch boxes). Sports collectibles like Starting Lineup, those beanie babies things that I didn't care about, furbys, old record albums, comics, etc. It's just an immense collection of everything we loved playing with growing up. As far as food options, they usually have one or two lunch trucks outside. Or if you're planning to schedule a party, you can ask for a room and bring with you a stack of pizzas. But only eat at a table or room, as they basically permit outside food. If you're in need of something different, and are tire of green trees all around Portland, then I highly recommended Next Level. This place really is NEXT LEVEL. The price of the wrist band seemed a bit steep, but we ended up spending hours here throughout the day. With in and out privileges it is so easy to get your money's worth. I was blown away by the size of the space, the amount of games (especially pinball), the numerous collections on display (action figures, lunch boxes, and other memorabilia) and the attentive team they have working on site. The only thing I wasn't a fan of were the shrieking sounds of children. But obvs... unavoidable. I saw some folks wearing headphones, and honestly, that might be the way to go. I wish this place was closer, but what a treat to have it under an hour away. read more

We volunteer at our local pinball convention and heard about this place and it did not disappoint. We were super sad to only have half a day to play, this place is huge, from pinballs to arcades, they got it all. There were so many pinball games I've never seen and played before, it was quite the adult Disneyland. This is top of the list when we come back to Portland, it's a bit of a drive, but totally worth it. The daily price is also reasonable and you can come and go all day. Next time, we'll start at 11 and just go and grab dinner either outside with the food trucks or someby close and then come back for the rest of the afternoon/evening. We had a blast! read more

It is the Disneyland playground for those who love pinball. All day free play upon an entry price, able to come and go the same day for food at local establishments in the area. Hundreds of pinball and arcade games to choose to play. The museum, on every wall is something to look out. Next Level was a huge amount of fun. Great for going as a small group, where people can wander off on their own or stay together to play against each other. The flat rate, play-all-you-want model is fantastic, with the number and variety of machines. In addition to pinball and other arcade games, the walls are lined with pop culture treasures - lunch boxes, comic books, GI Joes, vintage calendars, bobble heads, and I'm sure I've forgotten something. A highlight for me was finding Eight Ball Deluxe, a game from 1981 that I probably haven't played in 40 years. Like everything else here, the game was in impeccable shape. Employees, some armed with Windex, some with mobile tool chests, were omnipresent, making sure everything ran smoothly. What a great place to spend a day, for the admission cost you get to play an amazing number of pinball and video games. We spent over two hours playing games until our hands and arms were tired and sore. They have every type of video game imaginable, from classics like pac man and dig dug to new shooter and driving games. Every era of pinball from the 50's and 60's to modern themes are represented. Had our hands not given out we could have played for hours and still not played them all. Definitely a place to spend a day during spring break. Make sure to pay attention to the memorabilia on the walls as it is amazing. You can easily miss some cool stuff. The bathrooms are amazing clean and the staff do a great job of cleaning the games during the day. They have some nice food trucks outside as well. read more

On top of the countless games, pinball machines, skeeball etc they have an insane amount of amount of collectibles and everything retro- lunchboxes, action figures, Pokémon, it's absolutely crazy! I think we paid $22/person for an all day wristband. There were only a few games that were pay to play (claw games, big buck hunter) otherwise it was free play on all games. Any old school game you're looking for they probably have, even Super Nintendo console was set up to play! We left for awhile to hit top golf but spent the better part of the whole day from open to close here. The employees were helpful and friendly, able to point you in a direction of anything you were looking for. We conquered numerous games (all transformer games, time crisis, gauntlet). Even found some cool, newer pinball games like the hobbit, wizard of oz, pirates of the Caribbean all of which had super cool mini games you could unlock. We are from outta town but had no problem making the drive outta the way to find this place and are so glad we did... We will absolutely be back! read more

It's truly a local gem, unique, and a must for any gamer or person who wants to have some good fun. $20 entrance fee for an all day experience. Super reasonable. Fun gift shop in the front with lots of collectibles. As you enter the arcade, there are tons of games and pop culture items to view. It's literally wall to ceiling, including the bathrooms with photos of celebrities. It's all quite overwhelming. So much to look at. It's the perfect place to spend a day here if it's stormy outside. You'll find a lot of nostalgic arcade games from the 80's and 90's. You'll find rooms of pinball machines lined up too. They change up the space a little from time to time. We noticed a new game, Luigi's Mansion, installed next to the Halo game. They also have some claw machine games for $1. Some are pretty tough, but there are a couple where you're guaranteed to win something like a little ball or small kids plushie. I really appreciate the many stations of hand sanitizer left out. I also liked that they provide stepping stools for little gamers. My 6 yr old needed those. They have a couple of machines you can exchange $1, $5, $10, $20 for coins. What a fun place for a date night, not only do they have so many games you couldn't play them all in 3 days according to their website. They are filled with nostalgic memorabilia. The 2 player games were a big hit with us. The fact that after you pay $22 for entrance you can come and go as you please(keep your wristband on), allowing us to step outside and check out the food carts get some air before we head back in. This place is great. Came here for my son's birthday party with a handful of his friends. Paid roughly $20 per entry and they got free reign to play as many games as they wanted for as long as they wanted. The museum, which I think needs a name change because it's really more of a gigantic arcade, has everything arcade game I can possibly think of - it's truly massive. They have a seating area where you can bring in your own food, as they also have outdoor seating for food as well. We'll definitely be back. read more

Went here with my husband, brother & 2 nieces, on a rainy night over Thanksgiving week. The hours were extended that week, which was helpful for visitors from out of town. For ~$100, we got to play so many arcade & pinball games. It was really fun! We left to go eat dinner, but they did allow you to bring food in and eat at their designated tables. It wasn't too crowded, it was clean, and the staff were friendly and out on the floor cleaning & repairing games the whole time we were there. No alcohol, but I think that makes it more family friendly and less rowdy & problematic. read more

I truly never write reviews but this place merits it. Simply no better place for pinball or arcade games in the Western half of the United States. I can't speak for the rest of the country because I've only played on this half, but they've won Best Place for Pinball several years and they deserve it. Better than Vegas, better than Los Angeles. $25 to enter is not a lot when you realize you have access to over 600 games now (and over 100 more coming soon, they've expanded several times and they will continue to). They're all on free play (except for prize games). And you are allowed reentry as much as you want. As a pop culture museum, it's unbelievable the amount of stuff they've packed onto the walls. They have something for everyone, whether you're into sports, film, television, toys, or any other niche. As an arcade, for enthusiasts of classic arcade and pinball games, it's unbeatable. As someone else said, "this is our mecca." We flew to be here and have zero regrets. Special honors go to the repair techs that are walking around the floor all day, putting out fires as they come up. A rubber band broke on a game I was playing, I told somebody who had a "staff" shirt on, and within 5 minutes it was repaired. Never seen that level of attention and care for the games anywhere, especially not Vegas or SoCal. Good food outside, tasty pasta place and the best hot dogs we've ever had, shout out to Juan at Dogos el Yaqui. Just do it, wherever you are. You won't be disappointed. read more
