BETTER THAN THERAPY! They say you can't go back in time. This proves them wrong! This place was super fun, extremely nostalgic, and a definite sensory overload... In a good way. Once you step through these doors, forget about age. The only problem I had with my memory at my age, was this place was so big, that I couldn't remember where the next machine I wanted to play was at. More than just pinball, they have tons of video games, arcade games, and museum quality collectibles and memorabilia everywhere you look. Give yourself at least a couple hours to let loose, go play, and have yourself a great time. Definitely a must do for family and friends. My only advice, is don't come on a holiday because it will be super crowded. If you can figure out some time off during the week, that might be better. But the prices were reasonable, and the machines were awesome. Enjoy!

This place is amazing! Some of the best old school games with a mix of newer ones. Our family had a blast roaming around checking out all the posters and collectible items. Phenomenal pricing

This place is very impressive. We had a great time. There is so much to take in it's hard to truly experience it all. For the value and experience I can't say enough. The staff were cool and professional. The price is a screaming value and the gift shop is fair priced also.

This place really is NEXT LEVEL. The price of the wrist band seemed a bit steep, but we ended up spending hours here throughout the day. With in and out privileges it is so easy to get your money's worth. I was blown away by the size of the space, the amount of games (especially pinball), the numerous collections on display (action figures, lunch boxes, and other memorabilia) and the attentive team they have working on site. The only thing I wasn't a fan of were the shrieking sounds of children. But obvs... unavoidable. I saw some folks wearing headphones, and honestly, that might be the way to go. I wish this place was closer, but what a treat to have it under an hour away.

This guy did not greet me

A staff member did not greet me. The service here is terrible. Other workers are kind and sweet. Definitely not this guy .

Games that deliver something physical are the only machines that require money to play.

Next Level was a huge amount of fun. Great for going as a small group, where people can wander off on their own or stay together to play against each other. The flat rate, play-all-you-want model is fantastic, with the number and variety of machines. In addition to pinball and other arcade games, the walls are lined with pop culture treasures - lunch boxes, comic books, GI Joes, vintage calendars, bobble heads, and I'm sure I've forgotten something. A highlight for me was finding Eight Ball Deluxe, a game from 1981 that I probably haven't played in 40 years. Like everything else here, the game was in impeccable shape. Employees, some armed with Windex, some with mobile tool chests, were omnipresent, making sure everything ran smoothly. This place is unassuming from the outside (with the exception of 8 bit artwork), but looks much bigger inside. Enjoy the sensory overload.

Truly insane. It would be difficult to find a better arcade. This place is massive and has nearly every major arcade game and pinball machine ever made. It is loaded with amazing collectibles and blasts from the past. If you aren't into video games you could still spend hours looking at all the amazing stuff on the walls. It really is a museum! You could probably spend 24 hours here and not even experience it all. We are very lucky to have such an awesome thing in Oregon.

Sooo much cool stuff on top of all the arcades and pinball machines!

This place absolutely killed it! Never seen a better retro arcade in my life. On top of the countless games, pinball machines, skeeball etc they have an insane amount of amount of collectibles and everything retro- lunchboxes, action figures, Pokémon, it's absolutely crazy! I think we paid $22/person for an all day wristband. There were only a few games that were pay to play (claw games, big buck hunter) otherwise it was free play on all games. Any old school game you're looking for they probably have, even Super Nintendo console was set up to play! We left for awhile to hit top golf but spent the better part of the whole day from open to close here. The employees were helpful and friendly, able to point you in a direction of anything you were looking for. We conquered numerous games (all transformer games, time crisis, gauntlet). Even found some cool, newer pinball games like the hobbit, wizard of oz, pirates of the Caribbean all of which had super cool mini games you could unlock. We are from outta town but had no problem making the drive outta the way to find this place and are so glad we did... We will absolutely be back!

What a fun place for a date night, not only do they have so many games you couldn't play them all in 3 days according to their website. They are filled with nostalgic memorabilia. The 2 player games were a big hit with us. The fact that after you pay $22 for entrance you can come and go as you please(keep your wristband on), allowing us to step outside and check out the food carts get some air before we head back in. Lots of parking. Plenty of places to lounge inside and every type of game you can think of from arcades to skee ball! Will be back with the family next time.

Ask the Community - Next Level Pinball Museum

Do they have food and drinks?

There is normally a food truck out front serving food and drinks. The museum does not supply their own. You can also bring in outside food if you want to bring a picnic from home.

Do i get a discount on my birth day?

The only discount (limited time) i'm aware of is $1.00 off of admission for wearing a "Next Level Pinball Shop" T-shirt, but the price of admission is $15, gets you in for the full day, and all games are set to free play, making this the best value… Read more

I learned that they made their own root beer and love their cocktail names. We wanted to try some more of their menu but had a sudden food spot as I got really hungry on the way there but that just gives us a reason to come back! Our bartender Shana was very patient and sweet to us as we were looking over the menu and she told us that we can ask her any questions if we come across any. We ordered a Root 84 classic for the time being as we weren't sure if we were going to order anything else as we were stuffed. But they had a sweet deal going on Sunday which was $5 pizza slices or $6 for their pizza of the week. Additionally, they had karaoke about to start when we had arrived. We couldn't stay for that as well as we drove from Washington and were very tired, but my boyfriend said he would be so down to go back on a karaoke night to sing some of his favorite 80s songs. I loved seeing all their different 80s arcade games as I have never seen any of those games as I was born in 1993 so it was really cool to see some early arcade machine designs as well as the pinball machines too. The vibes inside are dark with neon lights which I really love and they had a retro menu sign inside the bar. Mars was the owner who came to introduce us to the place and directed us to the bar as well. When he saw me taking several pictures, he came to tell us how Arcade 2084 came to be and the hard work he and his staff put into making this place come alive. He was very sweet and you could tell how passionate he was to preserve this place and the beauty of the 80s. Definitely worth visiting if you come to Oregon, check our their website and social media for their current events or specials!

It was a last minute ask (thank you, dear child *eye roll*) that I was able to book at a preferred time in under a week, and the kids had fun, which is what mattered most! From start to finish, service was spot on: we were met by Coleton who walked us through the logistics & timing, as well as helped with some changes I requested due to attendance, and our server was Paige who made sure the boys never went without beverages. Pizzas came out quickly so the kids were able to eat & bowl, and everything was timed to perfection so they were able to sing to the Birthday Boy and enjoy cake before heading over for some Laser Tag & arcade time to end the festivities. It was also great to have a table reserved in the arcade area for belongings & whatnot, which also allowed some pitchers of beverages for the rest of the time. The space itself was immaculate and staff was buzzing around to keep tables turned over, bowling balls replaced to their rightful homes for future bowlers and the restrooms (at least the ladies!) were also clean (I know that can be a big deal for families, especially with Littles). All in all, I'd say this was money well spent, especially considering everything that is included in the package. For 7 total kids, I think they played 3-4 games of bowling, we did 2 laser tag games & their arcade time, didn't have to set up, break down or clean up party supplies/food, etc -- id do it again in a heartbeat!

The service is consistently rude, cold, and unprofessional. It's the same group every time, and nothing ever improves. There's no sense of customer service. Just short attitudes and a clear vibe that they don't want to be there or deal with people. On my most recent visit, I had an issue where my phone number was entered incorrectly. When I pointed it out, instead of simply fixing it, the response I got was irritation and attitude. Like I was the problem for asking them to correct their own mistake. That kind of interaction is unacceptable anywhere, especially in a place that markets itself as family-friendly. At this point, it's not a one-off, it's a pattern. When multiple visits consistently come with the same poor experience, it reflects a bigger issue with management and expectations. We enjoy bringing our kids here, but the ongoing lack of basic professionalism from the bar staff and the wait staff in the bowling alley, is seriously dragging down the experience. It shouldn't be this hard to get decent service. We all know it all starts at the top.
