I like to give young entrepreneurs business as I know how tough it is out there to get your business off the ground. Devin, the business owner, was a referral from a family member who was kinda shocked at what transpired today. Devin considers a wash to be EXTERIOR only. Perhaps things have changed, but every other mobile wash/detail I have ever used in the last 20+ years expressly quotes washes (not detail) as exterior AND interior. So, thinking this was a free wash, I thought I would throw in a $20 tip. Turns out what he calls "free" was an extra $40 for the interior vacuum and wipe down. What should have been free was an exterior wash for $20. Then he doesn't even finish! He just bails. Didn't finish the "free wash". I would have probably given him the benefit of the doubt and met somewhere in the middle. This is how he does business though. His lack of transparency for pricing is shady, not to mention excessive for the kind of car. I know this is OC and stuff is expensive. I get it. But, c'mon. Integrity matters, especially when you're trying to establish yourself and your business in a sea of options. Caveat emptor.

So, if you'd like to offer this perk for your company, I highly recommend it! Paul knows how to get a high quantity of cars cleaned in a very short period of time. The staff is careful with the cars and always remembers whose car belongs to which person. Not sure how he does it! Rarely do I have to wait around for my car to be finished by one of Paul's staff. They're fast, thorough and overall very friendly and pleasant. If you, for instance, need the car done in particularly fast because of a meeting or something, he'll accommodate with no hesitation. I didn't see a Yelp page for Paul, so I thought I'd create one! He really does a wonderful job! I've never gotten the detailing service done, but I hear it's great as well. Gotta love Paul!

They detailed my minivan with the full service and I was very impressed! I recently took my minivan out to the desert and had all kinds of scrapes/scratches on the paint. They were able to buff it out as if it never happened! My plastic pieces on the outside of my car had really bad water spots and discoloration from my sprinklers. Those pieces as well came out looking almost new! They were restored to a nice shiny black again. Overall, I was very impressed and happy with the service. I know it gets said a lot, but his customer satisfaction is seriously a number one priority.

They arrived on time at my apt complex and found a spot where they can perform the wash. Danny is VERY detailed oriented and really makes your car feel like brand new. It was honestly spotless and he even had those paper mats as if you just bought a new car. He also has a new car scent fragrance and it's just the right amount of "new" car smell not overwhelming at all. The car is always garaged so the paint is in good shape given its age. That said, one of our kids must have set a box on the trunk while getting something off the shelf next to it leaving behind a nasty series of crisscross scratches. It looked bad. I wish I had a photo to compare it to the crystal clear finish after Daniel did his thing. It's a bonus that his prices are slightly lower than others we've had come out.
