After going to a couple brick and mortar camera repairs and being quoted 75$ just to LOOK at the camera, I decided to just call up whoever showed in a google search. Fortunately, I came across Mordicai. He managed to make me feel secure in my investment thru a simple and quick phone call. He assured me he sees this exact model very often and he would be able to help me. He immediately followed up with a text of his detailed information regarding shipping or in person drop off. He was cooperative and patient through every step. I was quoted within a 6 hour time frame which is actually insane being that everyone else quoted me a 2 month minimum turnover. The moment that exposed his passion for helping people was when I mentioned that I was taking the LIRR from Harlem. He graciously offered to meet me at the station for the transaction, saving me the walk, and also saving me money on the return ticket ! I dropped my camera off 06/01/26 and picked it up on 06/04/26. It is in perfect working condition, and I also implemented his recommendations for camera safety and use, to avoid more damage. I thoroughly enjoyed doing business with Mordicai and I believe New York could really benefit from highlighting this kind of honest and efficient business practice because people like this are our NY heirlooms.
