Great spot for the skater kids to have fun and blow off some steam. So much better than staying home playing video games.

It's off the Eatontown - 105 - exit on the Parkway and pretty easy to get to. There's paid parking and also a $10 per adult charge to enter. The walk from the parking lots to the beach isn't the most fun but I've found that's typically the case w Jersey beaches. The beach itself is spacious and pretty picturesque with rocks (not safe to swim on and it states that) and it's honestly pretty darn relaxing. People keep to themselves and there are swimming sections that are monitored by lifeguards. The water was warm but rough which is pretty normal, but I don't play with the Atlantic Ocean so I was just fine sticking my feet in. The bathrooms, showers and changing rooms were clean and spacious. I'd definitely visit again and recommend Seven President to anyone who wants a nice beach day without driving waaaay down the Parkway.

Great spot next to the beach (but the beach costs $10 to go to so that is unamerican and classist)…read morenice street plex with giant version of thing at Nyack and a smaller 2 sided pyramid with gap, plenty of rails of all shapes and ledges for all levels, 1/4 to bigger than board gap, as well as a pointed big as your board gap that will throw you on your ass. deeper bowl on the street plex side is about 6' and is more like a dedicated concrete mini than a flowy bowl I couldn't find a good line. The other side of the skate plex is a shallow bowl with a 6/7' vert-ish pocket. Jimmy Hoffa s coffin and planter transition separate the shallow end from the shallower end. The trannies are a bit steep for the height but all in all a good place to learn. Over all fun, very sunny, little shade. Went at open so only locals were beginners and seemed cool enough not dicks or anything.

This park is filled with wonderful treasures! They have held so much within this park, I don't know…read morewhere to begin but I will say, there is something for everyone! They have a great field for baseball. Please note, Freehold Little League is held here so if there is a game, parking will be hard. They also have many playgrounds for kids. They seem to have themed playgrounds so that if you are meeting other parents, just say, "we'll convene at the blue or pirate ship playground" and everyone will find it. They have a fenced in skateboard ramps for tweens and up which I personally think is a fabulous idea. The ramps are spaced and curved only for skateboards. Longboards should definitely stay only on the paved paths where they belong. Speaking of trails, their trails are mixed between paved and dirt. You can safely go on a light walking trail here either solo or as you are walking your dogs. They also provide a few stations with plastic bags for the owners to clean up after their dogs. They also have basketball courts, dog runs, picnic areas, a spray ground on hot summer's days and my favorite, a sports field with obstacle courses. Perfect for the bigger kids with lots of energy and to build coordination. I went in March where things are just somewhat starting to bloom. I can only imagine the splendor in late June where everything will be fully bloomed and the grass will be lush. I look forward to revisiting this park, especially when it's Freehold Township Day where there will be plenty of fireworks, rides and the Vets car show!

The path is mostly flat with a mix of sunny and shady areas with water fountains to cool down. Also, check out the baseball field on the east side of the park that is popular for some off-leash play in a fenced area (be sure to make sure all gates are shut).

There is nothing to do here for a beginner except maybe play with this tiny pyramid and try to learn how to skate transition, The shallow concrete is pretty Jenky it's far jankier than the deep end and the jankyness slows you down a lot, so keep that in mind. The roll in just throws you into the wall unless you go in sideways like a surfer or something and it's pretty sketch doing that, I'd say it's great for round wall and vert riders the vert side is just barely 8' so it's a great entry point for the vert curious to get your feet wet, bring softer wheels as the rough pavement isn't letting you slide out super easy which is a plus for some and a minus for others.
