I found NES online, through YELP actually. This was in 2021 when we were renovating our kitchen. I was so impressed with the owner's, Jose Nunez, professionalism and communication. He worked his way through electrical technician school and is ROC in Arizona. His reviews were so positive (and credible) that I hired him and have been using him ever since, most recently for an HOA repair. Jose is always prompt, diagnoses the problem, and resolves it. Before I found NES, I would reach out to other companies in Phoenix and not hear back from them for a couple of weeks. When I finally did, it was a month before those companies could get me on the schedule. NES manages to work me into its schedule during the same week I call them. Stop Searching Now and just call Jose at NES! We needed help with electrical problems after an inept handyman had done some work for us. We needed help with 3 way switches in our kitchen. I messaged Jose on a Sunday and he was out to help us Monday afternoon and had the issue fixed in 20 mins! BUT WAIT.. After he left, I went to plug in the TV (where the same handyman had worked) only to find out the plug didn't work. I called Jose again and he was out to our house THE NEXT DAY! With a little investigating Jose soon discovered that the handyman had cut through the wall and cut into our electric running through the wall. Within an hour he had replaced the wiring and had the plugs both functioning as normal again! Don't use NES Jose! We mentioned to him sort of emergency Chandelier fell and knocked out power in 3 rooms. He did come right away. we told him where the short was but he said he had to diagnose it for $499. Of course the Chandelier shorted the switch. He came back the next day and put Chandelier up for $365 more. The switch for dimmer also shorted and we had to catch him before he drove away and you guessed it he wanted another $50 to fix. We said forget it please leave our home. He is a money grabber and that's all. If you use him he will way over charge especially if it is an emergency! Use at your own risk but have lots of money. He saw the problem related to the installation of a new pool pump, gave me an estimate and promised to come out the Tuesday after Labor Day. He and George were here at 5:30 AM, as promised.
