Will never go back to this place. Adamant about getting insurance info, then turn around and give us their worst truck, bad shape with horrible breaks. They did nothing but profile us. I was ready to walk out of there but my husband decided not to. Will never go back. Brewster's much better and their staff is more respectful to the customers. I zeroed in on a new PJ trailer where the price was $300 less than the dealer in Farmington. Although Farmington is 10 mins away from me, the bottom line was cheaper for me to drive an hour. Chris who I was in direct contact with was very responsive and great to deal with. The owner then helped me once I arrived for pick up. Erica makes it very difficult to do business with them. I hope I wont need to go back here. Over a month I ordered a bed cover. I had to call them to see if it came in. Then, I left off my truck to put on a bed cover, They would't leave the keys in the truck or offer a way for me to pick it up after hours. I asked if she could leave it at driveway where I did at 7 am. When I offered to pay she wouldn't even take my cc over the phone as if I were a criminal. Here, she has my truck, I gave a deposit when I ordered the part and now she wont take my cc over the phone nor accommodate me to pick up after hours. If I can find another provider I would NOT come here again. I find this completely unreasonable and plainly no interest in servicing a the customer. I had a similar issue in the past too but thought to give them a try again. I had the worse experience ever dealing with this place! I had to have an IID installed & the owner Erica Saltz Cuddeback or whoever the hell she think she is treats people with a attitude & is disrespectful to her customers! She makes people with this device very uncomfortable & treats us as if we are criminals! After dealing with her a couple of times I told her that she had an attitude problem & I went ahead by putting a bad review on their Facebook page! Come to find out that after that they will no longer service my account because I gave her a bad review!! Wow how professional!! Everyone I have talked to people that have successful business around the area have said the same thing about her & refuse to ever step a foot in that place! I can't say enough about how great Ness Auto is all around, from the staff, to the customer service, to the auto service, to the shop dog who greets you at the door - they're hands down the best around. They were able to install a tow hitch for me in what was a pretty tight time crunch so that I could pick up the boat of my dreams. I'm not sure what I'm more proud of, my boat or my tow hitch. I rented a Budget truck for my move with Erica whom I believe may be the manager at Ness. Not only did she fail to tell me (over the phone AFTER I made my reservations) that there was no parking lot for people doing day rentals, she omitted the rather large detail of telling me my credit card would be charged double if not more the rental agreement price as a safety deposit. Being a struggling single mom who was maxed out on moving expenses, I didn't have the funds to rent the vehicle and Erica wouldn't budge. Had I known what financial rental policy was earlier, I would have saved myself the time, humiliation and would have made other arrangements. Luckily, my good friend who happened to be helping me move, rented the truck for me. Erica was was cold, impatient and quite frankly, nasty on the phone and in person. She kept referring to the vehicle as "her truck". I'm very sorry I supported their business that day and would advise her to improve her customer service and people skills ASAP. read more
