When I pointed out that they were trying to send me a cheaper laptop than what I paid for, they assured me they would send me the difference. Of course, they stopped reresponding to me on newegg and refused to pick up my calls once it was time to pay me the difference in value. The laptop I did receive was not set up properly, and I had to set up access to the partitioned drive myself. I also had to install my own screen brightness program. They are frankensteined, partially finished computers, and a shop run by liars.

Our organization worked with Just Solutions for three years. In that time they have tried to…read moreover-bill us for services several times and we had to fight to have the fees adjusted. They have a couple of good technicians and many sub-par ones who learn on your dime (often taking several hours to fix issues which a well qualified technician could fix in a few minutes - all the while you are getting billed). The challenge was, one a IT vendor has set up all your networks, it is not always easy to switch to someone else because the new people often have to come in and "fix" or "redo" what they previous vendor has done (a time consuming and costly endeavor). However, the final straw came when it was time for us to upgrade some hardware. We reached out to Just Solutions for a quote (we had to chase them for more than a week to get it). When the quote finally came back, it was significantly more than others had quoted (more than double). When we priced the hardware the quoted elsewhere it was 20-30% less everywhere else. In addition, they included and absolutely ridiculous amount in install the equipment (again, more than twice what others quoted). In sum, they are unresponsive, overpriced, technically challenged and arrogant in their approach. Do yourself and your business and go elsewhere - consider yourself forewarned -

It's not unusual to encounter cars that come a bit too close, pick up trucks that intentionally "buzz" me but only on very rare occasions, will a driver get outright hostile. Unfortunately, I man from the UK caught up to me today at a traffic light and rode through an intersection aside me. He greeted me, we chatted for a few moments and then parted ways as we continued along separate courses. During the TWO TENTHS of a mile that we rode side by side, John Bifarella, of Just Solutions drove up next to us, lowered his passenger window and shouted at us for being on the road, riding side by side and obstructing traffic. He spouted off about rules that don't actually exist in NYS and was simply interested in telling us off before taking off. SO focused on venting, he didn't seem to notice that he himself was holding up 4 cars because he was driving under the speed limit (which is actually something you actually CAN get a ticket for). Nor did it cross his mind that he was driving a vehicle shrink wrapped with this company's logo while behaving so rudely.
