Gonna give this place a favorable review but was tempted to write 1 star out of bias. Was a regular here while car living for a few months. Let's start with the good stuff... good prices, good specs on the PCs. Now for the bad stuff. First - it smells bad a lot & they mess with clients I think... Staff do some v subtle things let's put it that way. Had to vent but I digress. There is a Pizza Hut next door though so there's that.... Thought I had a decent relationship with staff. Was wrong, they gaslight and are very rude at times let's put it that way. Was able to look past it for a while. That being said...terrible customer service. They got upset once about asking for extra time & made a huge deal out of it when I dealt with terrible lag a few times. Albeit not perfect there. Last time I went they perma banned me because a homeless lady asked me to help her with a few hours... was nice paid for a couple hours for her & she yelled at Brad and caused a scene. Not my fault or issue at all I was nowhere near them when it happened. But this ban happened after I somehow had admin when I logged into my computer. There was no communication about this but I was fine with & rolled with it in the moment. Anyways.... not my fault at all and if anything I gave them money for the weird homeless lady so I still can't wrap my head around their logic but whatever it is what it is I wish them the best of luck, I have a pc setup now at home so honestly it was for the best. Good, Old, Reliable PC Gaming Room located in fontana in a little area with little to no parking, this place has been here for a while now. The prices aren't bad as you pay by the hour with a deal for an all day pass. there are plenty of computers, couple consoles to play with. Each computer has good graphics and the chairs are comfortable as well. Everything about the table, chair, keyboard, and mouse is clean and managed well till this day. they also have snacks to buy from. the only reason why this place can't get a 5 star is because the place always smells like cigarettes, marijuana, or just a not pleasing scent. other than that, it's not a bad place to come with friends to play games if not available at your own home. read more

I've been going here for YEARS and it's improved a lot on the designs and monitors. For the price it's a nice spot to go and play games for a couple hours...but the smell is horrible ! It always smells like horrible sweat, the desks are full of trash underneath and on top, PC's are filled with dust. And the people working up front don't really clean anything, just sit there. The workers there used to keep it very clean and were extremely nice but now with the new workers it's very dirty inside and they have been refusing to sell water or even a Gatorade even when it's fully stocked up. So I would say right now the place is going downhill but if you're looking for something cheap this is an option. Needs some additional TLC like a restroom renovation spitting it into two restrooms instead of having a single restroom, which isn't so pleasant on a busy night, but the decor and ambiance are dope. Also, it would be great if the owners would hire a professional cleaning crew twice a month because this place can get a bit gross . I understand they have employees cleaning up, but there are no pros at it, and I dont blame them. Nobody likes cleaning, especially restrooms. Would go a long way showing some love there. PC's are decent but slow for more modern high demanding indie games that I play at high settings (Spolied) but yet again don't expect a NASA type setup it will run whatever your palying flawlessly I can guarantee that l'm just picky. This place has changed for the worse. The aesthetic may be better but the policies changed that made it unbearable. I went that after a night of bar hopping, I only contacted two other patrons to see if they wanted to play a game with me. No falling, no disturbing, only simple questions. As I sat peacefully just loading a game I was asked to leave because I was "drunk." I am not saying that I had not had a few beers that night but to be asked to leave by doing nothing is beyond me. Now if I stumbled and bumped someone or something I would completely understand, had I broken anything or even grabbed something to keep me steady. I would understand. BUT NO. simply sitting there I was asked to leave to despite paying and doing nothing wrong. For all the newcomers keeps this in mind, netfragz employees including the single over-set heavyweight one would routinely smoke pot in the parking lot at their leisure. This is a cool place except the owner should cater to the customers more instead of pushing what HE WANTS. It's kind of like when you have a business you should take feedback from those that are paying you and adjust accordingly. This place tho, owner seems to be OCD about what he wants, including playing extremely loud industrial techno music all of the time. And employees aren't allowed to change it, even if customers don't like it! I also heard a time when there was only a handful of customers in the business and a they wanted a movie instead of the extremely loud techno music, but the owner yelled and said to turn the techno music back on. Cater to your customers man, not just yourself or your vision. Also, when someone logs out of a computer there should be a better system to ensure all of their accounts are logged out. I had an issue where someone jacked up my Battle.net account somehow (changed password and got the account locked), even though I had logged out of the computer. And last night someone somehow got into my facebook and posted "this is why you shouldn't leave yourself logged into computer." All in all though employees are great, many of them care about customers. Also - it is FREEZING in here! I get that it needs to stay below a certain temperature, but it gets down to like 60 degrees in here with the a/c! All the time! Set the temp a little higher. I love everything about this place but god the loud obnoxious music playing in the speaker system is very distracting and pretty annoying the boss of the place really needs to get rid of that idea because it isn't doing anybody any favors. Alright so a lot of these previous reviews are kind of jaded. Here's why Net Fragz gets 5 stars and why every gamer (console or pc) should check this place out, for the TL;DR version skip to the bottom. 1) Location: You are next door to pizza hut and across the street (less than 5 minutes) from jack in the box and Denny's. There is also a Starbucks next to Netfragz so when you're getting sleepy you can wake up and continue your onslaught of pwning scrubs. 2) This place is pretty cheap compared to a lot of places. You can get $3 an hour, 10 dollars for 4 hours, $20 for 10 hours, or their best deal: 24 hours for $24. If you compare this to Click n' Connect, it's much better (not to mention the place is a lot nicer looking). 3) When you go to a LAN center you don't just pay for the computer time, you pay for the environment, the atmosphere. Pro gamers and casual gamers alike come here. They interact, they swear, they RAGE, but that is what makes this place so great. With that having been said, I recommend no kids under 13 unless the sun is up because at night that's when all the regulars and people who get more into the game come hang out. A comment on the fact that yes there are smokers who are outside. This is usually because the games they play require a small waiting period to load the game (usually within 10 minutes tops), and so they wanna catch a quick cig and chat it up with friends before going back in. This has always been the case at any LAN center I have ever been at. Even though I don't smoke, it's kind of nice to be able to just walk outside and talk to people. It's really a good way to make new friends and game with people other than the ones you are used to. 4) The selection of food here is pretty good. It's basically just snacks (candy, chips, sodas, but they also offer ramen bowls). Again, the location is convenient for food (especially late nights when most other places are closed). 5) The staff here is AWESOME! The guy who owns the place is a really nice guy and he truly goes out of his way for his customers. There was a time when the internet servers were acting kind of screwy and the internet just shut off. The owner had gone home like 2 hours before (at 11pm) and was back in the store at like 1:45 am, until 2pm or so fixing the issues, so his customers could do the things they want to. The usual workers are also really nice: they will talk to you and be friendly and if you happen to play the same games they do they usually have some tips. 6) The place is just comfortable. The lights are dimmed, the chairs are comfortable enough to pass out in (seriously, if you can't make the full 24 hour run, just knock out for a couple hours and get back to it) and they recline, and the music is really good for either chilling out or just enjoying the good times with the friends. Lots of trance, club, techno, and mixes between rock or hip hop and trance. Some of my favorite music I listen to on a daily basis is from having heard it here. 7) The computers here are TOP QUALITY and look totally bad ass. There is an occasional keyboard or mouse that gives me a problem (like someone spilled soda on it and they're sticky when you click or tap) but they offer to switch out products for ones connected to another computer or they can just get you spares they occasionally have behind the counter. 8) Open 24 hours a day, 365. I don't celebrate holidays much, so when everything else is closed and my friends and I want to hang out, we always go here. Sometimes it can be packed especially Friday and Saturday nights, so there may be a wait for comps (usually for consoles), but it is well worth it. Grab a cup of coffee and some bread sticks next door and talk to the people out front. You won't regret it. Here are the only bad parts about this place I can think of: 1) There are occasional scumbags who stop by this place super late at night (people who are either on crack or meth or whatever their choice of death is), but the people who manage the place don't take any shit. If people cause problems their ass is out of the store. 2) The bathroom is kind of gross. Aside from the fact that the I wouldn't sit on the toilet and the dudes there don't know how to flush the toilet, it's not too bad. At least it doesn't smell like the one at Click n' Connect. So what do you get when you go to Netfragz? An awesome environment with players who have a passion for gaming, good location for food and hanging out, a great staff and owner who treats customers very well, tasty snacks for 1 dollar or less, competitive prices on computer time, top quality computers, comfortable setting, and great internet. There is a reason this place has stayed open for business and many other LAN centers have slowly crumbled to little more than a bathroom. This place is the definition of awesome. 5/5 and I will continue to return. read more

Great place for gaming. Never listen to anyone who posts a 1 star. That guy is usually a douche and just hates everything. The equipment isn't all top notch, but in my opinion, it would be exactly the kind of equiptment I would provide if I owned the place. Sure, they could pony up and buy all the top key boards and mice, but the problem is you get a bunch of retards that go in there and don't know how to properly use and respect the equipment and they trash it. They're always replacing head sets and chairs and cleaning grafitti left from young, wannabe taggers/brats who live with their parents in the suburbs. And you can always bring your own mouse and headset. I see guys doing it all the time. They also provide the bleach wipes, which I highly recommend you use. I see guys coughing in their hands or not even covering their mouths at all. You swear some of these guys were raised in a trash bin. No manners or common sense at all. Other than that, it's a cool place. You can't beat the 24 hour access. The staff is cool and knowledgable enough. Great location next to Pizza Hut and Starbucks with Denny's, Jack n the Box and Rosa Marias just across the street. As for the smokers, I'm old school. It doesn't bother me. Apparently some of these other uppity twats hate it though. Can't please them all. At least they smoke outside. read more

Okay so if you don't have a computer, but you want to play computer games, Netfragz is your place. The bandwidth is amazing, the framerate is fast, and they got your headsets and Team Fortress and Left 4 Dead. Pretty much everything you need to blow shit up. Also, they have MS Word, kids, so tell your parents you need to go to Netfragz to do your homework. I have to add that the place is pretty much filthy, but I can't really complain because the first time I came here I totally exploded the toilet and then left the door open. I ran the clock out just watching people go towards the bathroom, make horrified faces, and change their minds. Worth every penny. But I got revenged upon during another visit: I tried to use the bathroom, could not find the light switch, and spent WAY too long running my hand over the filthy sticky wall trying to find it. NetFragz is easily the best LAN center I have visited in SoCal. Download speeds & in game connections are stellar with their 300 mbps internet. I've climbed all the way from bronze to gold in League here! Nice to go play games that you don't want to buy or if have crappy internet at home. Good to come with friends and waste your time together. 24 hours for $24, not bad. Place is dark so you can't see how dirty the large rolly chairs are, but you can still feel it. I wonder how many silent farts those chairs have been through. I have never been in the restrooms here (too scared to venture into them). Instead I teleport to Starbucks to release my urine. Anyways, the keyboard and mouse are always very, very sticky. I always forget to bring hand sanitizing wipes to wipe it down. They should provide some at the front desk. Person at the front desk is always nice.
