We had an extremely disappointing experience at Dave & Buster's last night (Feb. 28- 630pm) My 4 year old daughter has been sick for a while, and this was our first little family outing in some time. We arrived around 6pm and were told the wait for a table would be 45 minutes, which was completely fine. We got a text 15 minutes later saying our table was ready. Now I understand why. We were seated in the middle section next to a large party and were completely ignored. No utensils. No drinks. No server. Two other families seated near us also waited and eventually left without ever being acknowledged. After about 25 minutes, I noticed a family seated in a nearby booth get greeted and served within 5 minutes. I had to go up to the hostess to ask what was going on. It was clear the staff was confused about who was assigned to our table. When we finally ordered, drinks came out slowly and one didn't arrive until almost when the food did. The food itself was cold and missing a side. We still didn't have utensils at that point. We had to flag someone down again about the missing item, and by then we just wanted to leave. We were told the fries couldn't be removed from the bill even though we never received them. The most frustrating part was seeing multiple servers standing around because it "wasn't their section," while three tables were neglected. This was supposed to be a special night out for our daughter after being sick, and it turned into the worst dining experience we've had in a long time. Sadly, we won't be returning. read more

Me and two of my family members, literally waited 20 minutes before we got one of the guys attention. The guacamole and bacon was a nice addition to the traditional Caesar salad, though. We came during happy hour and of course took advantage of their 50% cocktail deal. Customer service starts the moment guests walk through the door, and unfortunately her attitude immediately made us feel unwelcome. From our brief interaction, she came across as irritated, unhappy, and almost bothered that customers were there trying to enjoy themselves. It gave off a "how dare you come in here and have fun while I'm working" type of vibe. I understand everyone has bad days, but when you're the first person customers interact with, attitude matters. A hostess sets the tone for the entire experience, and having someone with that kind of energy at the front does not represent the Dave & Buster's brand well at all. Scam alert!!! This place is a rip off! We had 2 cards that had zero balance. Okay fine we spent the money that was on the cards but then they charge another $3 per card to put more money on it! What? You can't use cash on the games or a debit card. The only card you can use is theirs but they charge $3 per card to add your money to the card! I asked the host desk to explain to me how they can do that when obviously the card that had no balance now had had a balance on it before we spent the money we had previously put on and spent at their establishment? I know .. It's confusing ... because it's BS! The $3 they are making per card is a complete scam! We will NOT be going back. The food was satisfactory. Service was also satisfactory took a while. The bad: Cleanliness of facilities is questionable. Bathrooms need a major overhaul! The manager needs to implement hourly checks that are actually enforced. For guys maybe not as bad but if you're a woman no bueno. Several stalls were unsuitable for use. I would avoid having to go into these facilities. Trashes in several areas were overflowing. This needs some thorough attention. Pool table pockets need some repairs. Kept falling out.
