Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. John Airy of On-Site Techs returned my call almost immediately, has reasonable rates and could see me the next day. Once John assessed the time for transfer of data from computer to computer, he recommended saving time by taking the two laptops to his location to complete the data transfer.
