Tapes we haven't seen in lifetimes past! FedEx was the trusted shipping company that carefully took our cherished family memories for safe transporting. "iMemories" furnished the sturdy box with packing materials, along with the preprinted/prepaid label. Honestly, I felt a little nervous sending our family memories out with fears of never seeing them again. But my anxiety quickly diminished the minute I walked through the door of this FedEx Print & Ship Center. I was greeted right away, as the nice woman who helped me, knew all the steps involved with bringing in a ready to ship box. I only had to spend a few minutes total checking in and getting my receipt. As I left the store, I no longer had those thoughts of "what if" the package gets damaged or lost forever. I wish I could stop having those feelings of doom and gloom, but I guess that's me! Anyway, after several days of wondering, I was informed that my package arrived safely to its destination! Now I look forward to the next step in the process of converting all those family memories into viewable media! But back to business. This store is conveniently located near my home. If you need to make copies, mail packages or purchase mailing supplies, it's reassuring to know that this FedEx store is available when you need those services!

I purchased the invites on Etsy, came here to get them printed, and Michael went above and beyond to make me a very happy customer! Precision's work is just that: incredible attention to detail, fast turnaround, great service; they match spot colors perfectly, and can handle the tightest registration. These guys can do work as good as a great craft printers on a hand-crank Vandercook or platen press - they're that good! I have them print wedding invitations and similar items for clients, and they've NEVER let me down. The price is always far less than I'd pay taking the job to a fine printer in the Bay Area, the quality just as good, and the turnaround faster. And they're just really nice folks, too. Definitely the most underrated fine print shop in the Sacramento area. It's unfortunate that there's not more demand for good letterpress work, because they are absolutely capable of delivering.

Neha Layal was trying to do everything but the Amazon drop off she was training Jagdish for Amazon return and she was handling everything else there was probably about six people in line when I got in line and people were steadily coming in to drop off Amazon returns there was only two people working. I think they did an excellent job everybody in there seemed to be understanding, I didn't hear anybody complain. I prefer this location cause they are very helpful. I've never had a problem with staff they always been professional and courteous and have always help me. Today I stopped by again because the other UPS Store's Notary person is off so I decided to give them another try since I called them. Honestly I don't know why they're so lazy there. It's obvious that I bring my little English speaker elderly parent to update her pension benefits update which requires Notary. The chubby tall man was doing nothing and when told we need Notary the younger man have to help him get the Notary booklet. While he was walking over he asked for the Title of the Form, we gave it to him. He insisted my mom that speak little English need to know the title. He did not accept it while she was explaining it to her it's update pension benefits after his death. It's pretty much the same title, while he insisted it's the law and turn us away. It's probably because I started asking them if it's $15 per person. They are pretty much thieves there. Someone needs to investigate them and get them arrested if possible. I know I'm ranting but it's just this isolared UPS Store because I'm still using other UPS store, just to be fair.
