I had also bought my computer directly to their office for servicing once or twice. My primary interaction with service has been remotely executed service calls. The technicians I dealt with were efficient and knowledgeable and always resolved the issues that prompted the need for service. I am fairly certain I provided positive reviews of the work performed. The owner, Umut Bitlisli today informed me that I was no longer welcome as a customer citing reference to a missed call a few months ago. I vaguely remember the scheduled call, but I believe it coincided with a family issue out of state. I guess an offered apology for missing that call was not enough To give some context, I was on "a pay-as-you-go" plan to resolve issues I encountered. I felt the hourly rates were reasonable. All Computers Go has migrated to a monthly plan for businesses of my size. This is entirely within their prerogative to do. When Umut did call me back after I posted my review of their service, he informed me of a change by asking, "can you afford $1000 a month ?" This was after reiterating why my business was no longer welcome at All Computers Go. My question to anyone reading this post is why the conversation was not initiated by saying, " we have to let you know that we no longer have" pay-as-you-go arrangements" with customers." Our plans for businesses of your size start at a $1000 month". This would have been an appropriate and courteous way to bring up the topic without insulting me by dismissing me as a customer accompanied by allegations that his staff complained about me. When I pressed for specifics, he would not provide them. Again, this is not a disagreement over pricing and charges for services. This is about how the owner insultingly handled the situation Umut also referenced to me, " I've helped you out a bunch of times. " 100% accurate statement. My response is yes and I paid the associated charges for those "bunch of times." As this business does, I reside (and do business) in Chester, NJ. You would think a business like this would want to partner with business owners in the community as opposed to creating confrontational situations. A company under leadership like this should be avoided.

The hackers were asking for thousands to give us the decryption key, but we could not afford it. AWS was no help and logistics was not going to work out. Epic's team came to our office the same night and recovered all our files over this Holiday weekend with a few casualties. Happy to report out server is back up and running. Fantastic service!

The phone had a problem where it suddenly wouldn't turn on at all even after changing and charging the battery. The battery couldn't even charge or at least the screen didn't show anything. I brought it to their midtown location a few days ago, and they told me the next day that it had some problem with the memory chip. I gave them the go with my fingers crossed. They said I got very lucky. It's really cool that they're open 24/7. As a heads up you need to book an appointment ahead of time.

I read about Box Aid in the Wall Street Journal at least 10 years ago. I have used them 10 or more…read moretimes over the years. They are the best. No BS. Very competitive pricing. I have called on occasion where the fix was very quick and very easy and there was no charge they charge a flat fee per service and give you an estimate... I have never been "over charged" and have always been very happy with their service and suggestions for software addition or removal.
