I discovered them from reading terminal in Philadelphia PA one random day wandering inside the food haul. It's a small confectionery shop all the way in the back, the name escapes. Anyway, they sell an assorted box of handmade chocolate bon bons and I purchased one box...needless to say I had one bite and returned the next day to purchase two more and to put my family on to it who also bought more boxes I can be pretty obsessive when I find something I like but hey, I have adult money now and who doesn't think chocolate worth it? Upon trying the box from reading terminal I had to visit the store front and I've been a few times now and planning on visiting again because they are just that fucking good!!! The chocolate they use is a very nice quality, the snap of the chocolate is satisfying and the flavors inside are decadent. Some of my favorites are Yuzu passion fruit, Vanilla, Mexican hot chocolate, strawberries and cream, caramel brownie and cookies and cream. Each element of the bon bon is made fresh and is beautifully decorated. True masterpieces and so delicious. The employees are bubbly and knowledgeable of the product. Since it is summer they do offer ice packs to keep your sweets from melting. The store is somewhat plain but that's not my focus and I can appreciate the simplicity because the bon bons are the real star here. Everything feels intentional from the packaging to offering ice packs to deciding each flavor. I already tell anyone who will listen about this place and I encourage you dear reader to take a trip to Good Good chocolates for a sweet treat, you deserve it! PRO TIPS; They do not ship during the summer time to preserve the quality and integrity of the products. There is no guide inside the box to detail the flavors but instead every box comes with a QR code that will direct you to their website and you can see the assorted bon bons there in case you forget what is inside. They do offer house flavors but will have limited addition or specialty flavors often. Bon bons are best eaten cold or slightly room temp for the best snap and taste. Happy eating!!!

It is a very simple interior and you see the kitchen in the back where they are busy making various truffles, etc. The truffles are not cheap, but they are so good! The service is really friendly. The Sweet Corn Saffron had no flavor other than a hint of corn, and again a seemingly overly sweet taste as the others. I wish we came earlier in the day because we got there 30 minutes before closing and they were already in the process of cleaning up. The store still had a super cute color theme going on and it was very clean. We sat at the window barstools while we finished out single scoop. One unique thing about Jeni's is that they serve each flavor by the half scoop, so one scoop automatically defaults to two different flavors!
