I narrowed my search to Jamie and that was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Right from my first meeting with Jamie, I felt very comfortable, zero judgement, I was free to bear my heart out to her and she diagnosed the root cause of my issues which was a life with no boundaries. I know how difficult it can be to find a counselor because when you first start looking, you have to tell your "story" (for lack of a better word) to each one, and this can be emotionally and physically exhausting, but I knew Meredith was the right counselor for me when I left her office feeling understood, supported, and hopeful. And every visit since then has simply reinforced those feelings. Meredith is warm and so easy to talk to. She's relatable, empathetic, and non-judgmental. She will brainstorm many treatment options with you and help you select the path that's best or most manageable. Once I was having a mental health issue she was less familiar with, and before our next visit, she had researched the issue and emailed me about treatment options that we then followed up about in person.
