Need to focus on the details. I found the sign in process a little wonky. Should consider giving patients an ipad versus trying type in a lot of information on a small phone screen. Care was fine, a bit of a wait. What was disappointing was the receptionist ask me about my pharmacy of choice and I specifically told the CVS on 20th in the Heights and gave her the address. She said that the one on Irvingdale in the sam zip as house, and I told her again that I did not care because it was further from my house and less desirable part of town. I have used this a couple of times. Even though I had moved out of the area, I thought that it would be convenient to go back since they already had my records. I was greeted and told I would have register at a self serve kiosk near the front door. The place was not busy at all and the girls were socializing with one another while I, not feeling very well, stumbled through the awkward touch screen that required a physical license and health card. The driver's license was simple, but sense health card is an electronic image, it proved to very frustrating and impossible. Of course the girls lacked basic courtesy and never offerree assistance. What a great experience. Had a rough night of fever, headache and sore throat with my kiddo. I was able to make an appointment for opening time and complete the check in process online. Every staff member was helpful, kind and thorough and I appreciated them going through all the differentials with me. I usually drive all the way back to our old neighborhood for a walk in visit but this will definitely be a new favorite spot for any emergencies moving forward. Hands down one of the best urgent care centers I've gone to. My PCP was backed up, so I went in for some labs and testing. I've waited up to two hours at other urgent cares and the wait time here is minimal. The front staff, April and Meli I believe were super sweet from checking me in, getting vitals, and addressing my concerns. The NP that day was very knowledgeable and sweet too. I was disappointed tonight I wasn't given the appropriate attention that I should've gotten as a patient. The MA didn't get my vitals I was roomed and Karina the NP came took a 1 minute assessment and left the room . I sat in the room for an hour. I left the building in tears I was in so much pain from a UTI and ear pain. I paid my $40 co-pay for poor patient care. read more

You don't need to make an appointment for Covid test. You get in and then scan with your phone cam a code to fill out from your phone. The documents were quick and easy to fill out. Depends on your insurance you can pay 10$ or more, the receptionist check that for you.
