They are all so friendly and when it comes to making appointments you can always count that the girls in the front will do there best to fit to your schedule,and that's a big plus for me. But besides the fact that there friendly, the main thing that counts is if the Doctor even does his job right, and with all honesty; Dr. Carlson is a miracle worker. At first I didn't think it was going to work,but my husband told me to give it a try since I couldn't sleep at night anymore with the pain I had. Which I did,and I'm glad I said yes. Dr. Carlson, and all his staff Kelly, Cris and Rebecca have been so wonderful to me! I came to Neuroedge with Sciatic problems in early Feb 2015. I had tried everything for about a year. no meds. Dr. Carson was able to get me to function on a normal basis, I came to see him 3 times a week ,until we discovered, through an MRI, I had a Cyst on my spine, and herniated discs. I came in crying, hardly could walk, He took time to see me, without appointments, I was in so much pain! Kelly and Rebecca YOU are so wonderful!, Words cannot your kindness! After going over my MRI, he gave me the number of an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon in San Diego that he knew. I have to say, He knows his profession, and goes way beyond! His staff is knowledgeable and so very kind. I would recommend this practice to anyone.! Drive/Fly far if you have to, but it is so worth it! I loved the fact that every month there was a different class/seminar that you could attend for free! The care received from Neuroedge is phenomenal. I took him to see his pediatrician but all she did was prescribe him Ibuprofen. That didn't help him in the least. I have been seeing Dr. Carlson since he opened this location. I suffer from severe arthritis throughout my body and I also have may muscle issues in my back from one leg being over 1/2" an inch shorter than the other. When I started visiting Dr. Marty, I had been on muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory drugs since I was in my 20's, I am now 60. After visiting consistently (that part is very important, you can't be messed up over half your life and go for a couple of visits expecting to be 100%), I am happy to say I am down to taking Aleve now and then. I attribute this entirely to my visits with Dr. Marty. He has a great sense of humor and bedside manner as well, which isn't primary but does make the visit nice!
