Because there were no seats available, I waited just outside the door, and during that time they removed me from the list. When I came back in, I was told I needed to re-check in and wait again, despite having already been waiting. As a result, a simple blood draw took almost an hour, and I watched several people who arrived after me get seen first. Maria eventually helped me and was kind and professional, but her help doesn't make up for the poor communication, lack of organization, and unnecessary time wasted.

She immediately made Blaire feel comfortable by letting her pick from a bowl of stickers (and even told her she could have more than one!). She thoughtfully turned on Miss Rachel, one of Blaire's favorites, and even had a hot pink tourniquet and a purple bandaid - small details that made a big difference in making the experience feel fun rather than scary. Most importantly, Kisha was so incredibly positive and gentle that Blaire didn't even flinch! I was expecting tears, but instead, she had a stress-free experience thanks to Kisha's kindness and skill. We are so grateful! I have been completing this exact lab work every three months for nearly three years, and as an RN, I know exactly what a hemolyzed specimen looks like. I specifically asked the technician whether the sample was acceptable, and she assured me that it was fine. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of communication and accountability afterward. For an entire week, I repeatedly followed up and was continuously told that my specimen was "still being processed." It was only after I contacted the corporate office that I discovered the truth: the specimen was never run because they claimed I had not fasted. At no point did this branch notify me by phone, text, or email that I needed to repeat the lab draw. I only found out one day before my doctor's appointment and only because I relentlessly pursued answers from customer service. The level of incompetence, dishonesty, and disregard for patients' time and healthcare is beyond unacceptable. If you value your health, your time, and accurate communication, avoid this Quest Diagnostics branch entirely.

The doctor or nurse practitioner - whatever she is - last name Weaver - came into the room and after I said hello she responded with "you have Covid" in a monotone voice. No warmth, compassion or kindness. She told me she was sending 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. Didn't tell me what they were or how to use them. Then she told me she would be sending me an email of something - I couldn't understand her mumbling under the mask, but I never received it. Didn't offer remedies to help me feel better. No discharge instructions. Nothing. As if I didn't feel bad enough - physically and emotionally about having Covid, this woman made me feel pretty shitty. I can't recommend this place anymore. I certainly won't be returning. I'm giving them 1 star because the front desk people and the tech that took my vitals and administered my tests were all friendly.

They make you feel welcome which I think is nice as usually urgent care centers may come across a bit rude. I have also been able to put my PCP information and they are able to view what occurred on any visit outside of their care, and I really enjoy that because I may not firsthand know what the exact prescription, if provided one.
