As a former homeowner in the La Mancha community, I was extremely disappointed with the HOA's decision to hire Nevada's Finest Properties as the community's management company. My first interaction with the company occurred when they took over management. The owner's husband was going door to door placing notices on homeowners' doors announcing the new management company. I attempted to ask a few questions about the transition, but instead of offering assistance, he dismissed me and simply told me to call the office. Unfortunately, that first impression set the tone for my entire experience. Throughout my time as a homeowner, I found the office staff to be unprofessional, dismissive, and often unwilling to provide clear, straightforward answers. Phone calls frequently left me with more questions than answers. During HOA board meetings, I observed management representatives, including the owner, responding to homeowners in what I felt was an unprofessional and dismissive manner. Legitimate concerns were often sidestepped, and homeowners were left frustrated without meaningful responses. I was equally disappointed by the condition of the community under their management. In my opinion, the property was not maintained to the standard homeowners were paying for. Community amenities were shut down due to health department violations, landscaping declined, common areas deteriorated, and maintenance issues appeared to go unresolved for extended periods. Instead of seeing a well-managed community, I watched the property become increasingly neglected. Homeowners pay substantial HOA dues expecting their community to be properly maintained, and based on my experience, that expectation was not met. When homeowners called seeking answers about these issues, clear communication was difficult to obtain. Rather than providing transparency and solutions, I often felt concerns were avoided or redirected, leaving homeowners without the information they deserved. Another concern was seeing campaign advertising for the owner's run for public office included in HOA emails sent to homeowners. In my opinion, HOA communications should be used solely for community business, not political campaigns. That decision struck me as inappropriate and unprofessional. When I learned that Nevada's Finest Properties was no longer managing the La Mancha community, I was genuinely relieved. My hope is that the community now has the opportunity to work with a professional management company that values transparency, accountability, respectful communication, and proper maintenance of the neighborhood. All of these issues ultimately led my husband and me to sell our home and leave a community we once considered home. We are still heartbroken over this decision, but it was necessary due to the stress and ongoing frustration caused by this management company. Based entirely on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Nevada's Finest Properties. If you are an HOA board considering hiring this company, I encourage you to do your research, speak with current and former communities they have managed, and carefully evaluate whether they are the right choice for your homeowners. Every community deserves competent, responsive, and professional management, and in my experience, Nevada's Finest Properties did not provide that standard of service. read more

I would not recommend Nevada's Finest Properties to anyone or Chatham Hills. The tenants moved out of the house across the street from my house and left their mattresses everywhere. I have contacted the property management company several times by email and phone and they said there is nothing that they can do. From the words of Stephanie at Nevada Finest, "It's just unsightly." No, it is disgusting and unsanitary. I understand why the owners are moving. This neighborhood is terrible. I am looking forward to selling my house and moving as well as this happens often. They do not care about the upkeep of the neighborhood. The HOA will send you a notice if your basketball court is in front of your house but not clean up the streets. Ridiculous!! read more

I have being fight against Amy Groves' persecution for over 20 years, almost as long as her 21 years experience as she posted on Realor.com. I came to US in 2002, I bought my first house on Christmas of 2003. Her management company shortly stepped in, without notice any home owners but those who hired her(The one who let the evil in, already got his curse, I can see his deep regret in his review, but I don't feel single sorry for him, for his action, how many people were/are suffered(ing)), no single notice to anyone how much was the monthly HOA fee, where and how to pay, we didn't even know which company took over the previous one...all of a sudden, HOA fees, penalties, fines, late charges ...throw on us, we tried to ask she could we just pay HOA fees but got rejected. She hired attorney put lien on our properties and tried to for sell to cover those ridiculous fees plus attorney fee. At that time, someone gave in, someone sold their house(not good time to sell), me, fighting, finally with the Attorney General's involving, she had to agree to get rid of those charges, her attorney took the lien of my property and I paid the HOA fees(when I search online for answers of how to deal with HOA's unfair charges a few days ago , here is an old Ask Attorney popped out, someone wrote in his question is so like we got through, see attached) I read many of the reviews here said she didn't called back, not returning emails, but compared to what I've been through, all of those experiences are minor: once , I went to the management office, I saw Amy and wanted to see her, she called police on me and filed Trespass then send me a letter said I was banned from the office neither can I attend any of HOA meetings. I then filed a complaint to Ombudsman office with the citation and her letter, after the investigation, she had to admitted what she did were illegal. During the 20 years, some people of our community died, some lost or sold their homes, now I'm probably the only one or few of those who is still fighting for fair treatment.Thus, Amy can't wait to kick me out, she does even bother to find my FAULT but simple threw me a collection notice. Time clicked back to 12/17/2025, a collection email suddenly popped up on my cell's screen, I called Amy 's office right away but the one who picked up the call insisted that I closed my bank account thus, the HOA's financial institution could got the payments twice( Sept and Nov), I then drove to her office, she saw me then hided into her office, the receptionist printed out my HOA account, I sent her my bank statement, and asked her why even from the print out from her side, it shows the payment confirmation numbers then later the fines, she said she is just a reception clerk, she had to present my bank statement to Amy to let she make the decision. Two days later, instead fix her misconduct, she sent me an other email for collection and told me to pay the fine in 15 days. Today, I've went to appreciate departments and had complaint forms handy. During the holidays, I will have plenty of spare time to prepare my complaint with supporting evidence. Tonight, I sent her two emails, they are HOA's financial institution's automatic payment confirmation emails. I told her if you don't take off THE FINES, I will go report her for her harassment, misconduct. I read her responses after people's reviews,just in case she frame me like she did to others, I will posted her demanding email, the collection letter, the print out from the reception clerk for why fines me, my bank statement and the HOA's financial institution's automatic payment confirmation emails. I will post the results when I know it, I don't believe Amy Groves can be above the law. At the end, my advice: fight for your justice, no matter how hard, keep up, never give up! This HOA very unprofessional will complain about one weed while other neighbors have so much trash and oil around their house driveway & road. They do nothing about it. Environmently youd think they would get fined from the state and city for not requiring them to do something. read more

I have a previous review also bad but this is a new issue. Our CCRs assure us of transparency and each month I request the financials for my review and while they take a long time to reply I usually get them eventually. This is our right as homeowners per our CCR's to request. This time after waiting for some time I got 3 financials attached and yet they included the financials of another HOA (Grand Canyon HOA) which was not us. I brought this to her attention and got no reply and yet after reaching out over and over she finally sent not the financials but a balance sheet for 2 months. I send an email got no response so I called only to be refused to be spoken to and then hung up on. This is unbecoming of a management company and anyone considering this company should beware as no return calls or emails and private information about your HOA may be shared with other homeowner associations. She may reply saying she is so wonderful and its always the HOA not the management company but I have records of other homeowners here at Wheatherstone having the same issues. I also asked for the audio of the last meeting and gotten no reply in over a month after several emails and calls made to this very poor management company. We also had an $6,000 assessment and while we pay it we can not review the details with receipts. She promises to supply them but never follows through. This review is based on an older experience, but since Amy rates a 1, I won't be moving the needle. Amy was the property manager for a condo that my older parents owned in Las Vegas. A few years back, Amy leased the property to one of her workers. As expected, this became an issue. The lessor could not pay, and we began the process to remove her. When I asked Amy to use the deposit to make up the lost rent, Amy stated that her worker had never paid the deposit! Either the tenant never paid, or Amy decided to just keep the deposit herself as a fee. Either way, this was a racket. I began phoning the office to make sense of it. At first, Amy came off as being sorry. However, when I pressed her to take responsibility for lying and essentially forging a lease document, I was informed by Amy's husband, who worked there, that they would no longer communicate by any means other than written correspondence. I ended up walking away from Nevada's Finest Properties many dollars short because of the scam, and what I would think would be an enforceable action against Amy for misrepresenting both herself and the tenant. If I could give zero stars, I would. Amy Groves has been completely ineffective in her role managing our HOA. She doesn't enforce any of the community rules, no matter how many times issues are reported. What's worse is the total lack of communication -- she doesn't respond to emails, doesn't acknowledge concerns, and seems entirely disengaged from the community she's supposed to be supporting. Residents deserve someone who is responsive, professional, and actually does the job they're paid to do. Unfortunately, Amy has failed on all counts. Extremely disappointing experience. read more

The board approved a tree trimming for a tree rubbing my home disturbing my sleep. They agreed to do their best to expidite getting this done. She was to call the next day to schedule it done and yet I can not get any information on when this can be completed. She does not reply to calls or emails, completely worthless. They allow tenants to harbor Pigeon Nests on their porches!! They have No Security Cameras for your Home nor Vehicle! When you address the Issues, they simply tell you there is Nothing they can do! But when I was talking to her, I was telling her they were shit in the pool and a floating diaper and it's not OK when you have people come over to go swimming and there's feces floating in the pool and trash everywhere. it's unacceptable. They are they are a poor management company. I don't know if it's because of the owner just don't care. Amy does not return calls. She's very rude. When you try to tell her what your or concerns . she consistently raised the HOA dues without any warning I was told two weeks before. Our property maintenance is horrible. They cut the grass once a month and never pick it up. Do not trim trees we have graffiti all over our building. They're just impossible to communicate with and they take forever to get any concerns handled or even answered. I strongly do not recommend. read more

My dealings with this organization and Amy has been a nightmare. As a normal unit owner who pays his hoa dues we had a perfectly operated association at our community for years until this company came along and somehow did a hostile take over of it. Afterwards our rates significantly increased, and we were charged exorbitant extra fees. A crazy fee was even applied in the event we sale our property where a portion of the proceeds goes to this organization. They don't return phone calls or emails, they hold board meetings in private and use misinterpretations of the governing documents in order to bully you. Just moved here. Non responsive HOA with bad customer service. I spoke to an office lady and Jason. Jason acknowledged he received my emails and admitted he did not respond. Didn't apologize for maybe being too busy to respond instead just requested proof which I have already sent: I have sent 4 emails, 3 phone calls and told I would receive a call back and never do. I have yet to hear from Amy. I am not even complaining to them about them; they scheduled a vendor to cut trees and broke my window. They are refusing to help me or even acknowledge me. Everything was good in the beginning. We transferred in on a recommendation of our previous management company. It was a challenge with our property as our previous president was removed and a nightmare. In the beginning Amy and her staff were on top of things. We thought she backed us board members. That was short lived. She would tell us she would take care of things and they usually were delayed and/or never handled. She raised our dues to a pesky homeowner $500 a month. Fast forward 2 years later when we were fired we found out she never filed our collection documents we filled out. She reported to us that units were in collection and had liens and they never did. We lost out on thousands of dollars and paid on legal fees. Absolutely fraudulent! She was too worried about a pest of a homeowner and only cared about meeting her needs as she constantly reported Amy's company to the ombudsman's office. Amy probably became exhausted and overwhelmed to the bitter end because of that homeowner, but it was completely neglectful on her part to ignore financial and contractual obligations. Amy shame on you for mishandling Newport Cove. I'm sure you'll backfire, but no excuse for mishandling contractual obligations. read more

When we arrived at Nevada's Finest Properties, we were relieved to see they had a roofed carport, as we had two box springs on top of our car, and it was raining. Unfortunately, upon getting out of the car, my partner was berated for almost (we had cleared it by several inches) hitting the top of the carport by a woman later identified as the owner. This management company essentially does not care one bit about my safety. Recently our gate into our neighborhood was compromised (multiple tenants reported their gate openers stolen) and one of the employees on the phone literally said "There's nothing we can do" when I asked if the gate code could be changed. I had my car stolen out of my CLOSED GARAGE along with my husbands car broken into on the same night and they couldn't assist me or help me in any way whatsoever. Like, they're not willing to do a thing even after I've called them, left voicemails, and even emailed them. I'm sorry but this management company is here to collect their fee and that's about it. The people are nice, sure, but being nice doesn't solve crimes and doesn't help me, my husband, and my two young sons (ages 3 and 1 ... and another baby boy on the way) feel safe. read more

This company took over the HOA management in the community where I own a house a little over a year ago. I had to get in touch with them a few times with questions, and they have always been very nice and helpful with information. They also have always been good with communication (available via phone, etc). Our last management company was very shady, and things were very mismanaged, so I know how bad it can be and I appreciate the change A LOT. I've been happy with them and appreciate that they seem to be an honest company. read more

Amy and her team in the office are always up to date on the HOA Laws that are passed by the Legislator. They maintain a professional appearance at all times, when there is a maintenance issue at the HOA'S that they manage or the homes that they manage they make sure that the contractors that they send out are top notch and arrive in a timely matter to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. I needed a new key for my laundry room, I called to ask if they had one I can pick up, they said yes. I don't have a car so I took a taxi to the office, when I arrived, I was told that they have the key, but they don't know which one it is. They then told me to come back next week to come get it. I argued that it cost me money to go to the office, that is why I called ahead of time to make sure the key is ready to be picked up. They replied by saying yes they have the key, but they don't know which one it is. If this is the case, why didn't they tell me that over the phone? Finally, my only options were to come back next week or have them mail me the key when they figure out which one it is. I do not have the key to my mailbox either, so I asked them to call me when the key is ready. I paid them a $5 money order on the spot even though I haven't received my key yet. I should also mention that the office does not take cash or credit cards, so I had to stop by Walmart to get a money order. I did all this of course, for no reason since I never even received my key. Anyway, I waited almost two weeks for a phone call and never received it, I was actually expecting that given how terrible the service is. Now I gotta go on living longer without ever doing laundry all because of this selfish and horrible company. read more

I've rented a condo from them for over two years now and I've been very happy with their service. Whenever I call with a problem or question they have an answer for me quickly. I've only needed a few small repairs so far and they've had someone out really fast. I was having problems with the dishwasher (it was about 10 years old) and they got it replaced for me within a week. read more

I am a building owner in Parkway Villas apartments on Maryland Parkway. The association is crying the blues saying they are short of money. The pool was open for only a few days all summer. They won't let us use the clubhouse saying it was because of the insurance. For almost a month common area lights were not lit.. They said the reason was because they were low on money. They make rules and selectively enforce them. There is a sign on the front gate stating that dogs are not allowed. There are pit bull dogs all over that complex. A number of the tenants have two or more dogs. Some people get notices and some don't. Their security is to leave the gates open all day and night and an SUV with a bubble-gum machine rides around. I don't know if they haven't paid for trash collection, but all of the dumpsters are currently over-flowing. read more
