I ordered a green juice that was really fresh and delicious. I also got the chicken Caesar salad, the lettuce was fresh, and the chicken had great flavor and tasted freshly grilled. My only issue was the ridiculous amount of croutons. There were way too many for my taste, plus all the little crumbs made it feel like they just emptied the end of the crouton container into my salad. Would I come back? Yes! The juices here are always great and while I have always enjoyed them, what I overheard the last time I visited really downgraded my visit and made me question supporting this location. An employee was being openly criticized by whom appeared to be a supervisor or maybe just a colleague. Their tone was unprofessional and it left me feeling really bad for the young person (who was taking the feedback respectfully). Of course I don't know the whole story, but I do know what's appropriate to discuss in front of customers and this person's tone/attitude was really not alright. This is an updated review from previously submitted on a few weeks ago. The concern related to the Birthday email coupon no longer being accepted was quickly addressed by the manager. I greatly appreciate his attentiveness to the situation & offered a credit. I do recommend the juice bar in terms of cleanliness, flavor , I hope I see improvement from the staff, and the privacy concern is addressed (if these emails are no longer valid, consumers should not longer be sent emails and information should be safely removed according to privacy laws). I found this place because unfortunately my mom is in the hospital in Whittier and I wanted to take her and my dad something healthy to drink. This place had great reviews and it was close by so I thought I'd give it a try. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and acknowledged, and the place is very clean. Their customer service was great! I ordered two green juices and one sweet green and they were all amazing! The sizes are pretty big and it cost $9.95 for each one. I love that they're not only gave me a cupholder, but they also bagged up the whole thing so if anything spilled, it would stay in the bag. I'm so glad they did that because one of them did fall over, but only a little bit spilled in the bag, but I'm so grateful that it was bagged up. I would definitely go back here if I'm in the area. Their drinks are always super fresh and good - you can easily request different sweeteners. I highly recommend the dragon fruit smoothie ($6.99) with organic agave nectar. I wasn't as crazy about the melon papaya smoothie ($6.49) also with organic agave nectar per my request. Papaya was just something I wanted to try more of since it's never really been part of my diet. Add-ons can also be requested for an extra charge. There is free, ample parking in this plaza. If you're facing the CVS Pharmacy y Mas, then this newest is location is tucked away slightly to the right. Friendly, attentive employees on 4/6/22 on my first visit here. Nevera has been keeping me alive this past week while I've been sick. So far I've had their immunity juice - amazing, the pineapple mango smoothie - so refreshing, and their açaí bowl - ADD PEANUT BUTTER it is so worth it. The inside is extremely clean and well kept. I felt very comfortable trusting them with my food. Service was quick and they had my order ready within 10-15 minutes. Is $8 for a juice semi outrageous in this economy? Maybe. They do have handicap parking right in front. Food is given in a clear plastic container with straw, napkins they do have a place to sit down and they do offer other amenities as cookies snacks.
