It had been too long, 2years actually, since I had been here. I was not disappointed! The Hawaiiano raspado is so damn good. It's not too sweet, tastes fresh and has actual fruit chunks. Idk why it took me so long to come back. Won't happen again. Located right on greenleaf so parking can sometimes be difficult. Price - some complain about the prices. A raspado is about $8.50. store not opened when online ordering says it's opened in the morning, so I order an item and I wasted my time going, called and no one answers, then get a notification it's ready in the afternoon. terrible service from the girl (transfers phone without telling me first). manager Chris doesn't know how to answer the phone properly, just says "this is Chris," ummm, who are you? i don't know you, then tells me "don't come here" when I am pissed that I went and it wasn't opened. didn't try to fix anything, just took the easy way by hanging up the phone, that's not a way to run a business. be on time when it says it's opened or close the online ordering. be better. As you can see I placed my order and called at 11:33AM because it says it was opened at 11:20AM, but it wasn't when I got there. Yes, I used my reward that paid for my order, that should not make it for you to treat people bad. he answers the phone saying "this is Chris" like I'm supposed to know him, I was already talking to someone, explain to me why the phone was given to someone else abruptly. I called 2 hrs after when my order said it was finally done AFTER calling the 1st time, again another lie. the lady staff spoke to me first, but didn't know how to handle the issue, so she then gave the phone to someone else, again another lie. never said you were the manager, just kept saying "i'm Chris" another lie. ofc i'm going to be upset because I was JUST speaking to someone, yet another lie. now you are attacking my character, cool...by speaking quote on quote nicely and calmly, but only repeating yourself and saying "I'm Chris" is not helpful. definitely could have explain yourself by saying "let me help you, I am the manager" but no, "i am Chris" is all that you kept saying. you think you were helpful, but in fact let me tell you, you were not in fact helpful. revise your times from your business to match the online ordering one. this would have been prevented if my order never went through and y'all were indeed open. read more

We came today during a festival and it was a blessing to meet the family running this place. They gave us some samples of there shaved ice. The lime with chamoy and tajin was da bomb. My wife liked the nuez (walnut) with condensed milk one. They sell everything, tostilocos, esquite, tortas, all sorts of botanas in this little place. Located right next to the movie theatre. Then was able to walk out before me. Annoyed and no longer wanting what I had ordered, I asked for a refund so I could leave. Didn't think that would be a big deal since my order wasn't ready yet but you guys became rude and defensive lol. The issue was not the situation. The issue was your response to the situation. Secondly, you forgot the other customer ordered raspados. Their order was larger than mine. How can you claim to remember how long I waited, when you don't remember the other customer's order? Or that I ordered before they did? I appreciate that you guys make things fresh (that's why I went in there in the first place) and I understand that involves waiting; but why make customers wait longer than is necessary because you can't keep track of which order was placed first, though? Now on the outside when you drive pass it the building looks odd. The name is kind of curious assuming it's a honey product based place. However I accidentally saw a menu one time and came across a pastrami sandwich. Feeling a bit interested in sending my digestive system into a panic thought I would give it a whirl. We had it delivered and although it's not the largest pastrami sandwich in the world it was a tasty, well cooked, and very grindy pastrami I have had in some time. This review is based on my one and only visit. This place advertised elote en vaso - corn in a cup. It was the most vile thing I have ever tasted. First off, the corn was hard and cold. They used cheap squeezable margarine and I dint know what else but it tasted like shit. I took one bite when I walked out the door, it's put it out and threw it in the trash. What a waste of $3.50 or whatever I paid for it. I should have just thrown the money into the street. See my photo- the proximity from the door to the trash.
