I used to love coming to this place. Unfortunately I feel like the service has not been the best the last couple times. I usually would order from the app and the order would be ready. Now I have notice there is only one person in the morning and it takes additional time for it to be ready. I mainly go for the juice and shake options and lately they always taste so different. So I actually really like this place, however right now I called the store trying to place a phone order, which I recently did last week since I was driving and couldn't do it in the app. Received wonderful service every single time except for today on the phone. This gentleman was rude and not helpful. I asked if I could place a phone order and he said app only. I told him I placed a phone order last week on the phone since I was driving and it wasn't a problem. To which he replied saying, "well it wasn't this store". The cashier was lovely. But unfortunately, it took 17 minutes for my juice to be made and it was a empty juice bar. There was nobody there. Someone came in after me and ordered three smoothies and got it before mine. Mind you no one communicated with me if there were any problems or why it was taking so long. it's interesting because I used to work at Nekter at a different location and it was mandatory to have your hair up with a hat on have your uniform on with the name tag and both of the employees didn't have any uniform or a name tag they were just wearing tank tops their hair wasn't up and they had AirPods in so I honestly think based on that they could really care less about taking 17 minutes to make one juice. This was my first time trying this juice bar and I loved it! The juice is nice and fresh. I appreciate that they gave me a larger size cup because I wanted ice, I was worried they would give me less juice because of this but nope! I downloaded their app and I love when companies allow you to develop points and free items. I customized my own drink, I asked for cucumber, celery, lemon, ginger, and parsley. Delish! I placed a pickup order for three items a small smoothie, a wellness shot, and a bottled juice. The app said my order would be ready by 10:44 and I arrived at 10:46. When I gave my name to the employee at the register, she told me my order wasn't ready yet. They looked busy, so I sat down and waited patiently. The employee at the register seemed irritated with everyone both those ordering and those picking up. After waiting 30 minutes, I noticed customers who had just placed their orders were already receiving them, while I was still waiting. They even called other pickup orders before mine. When I got up to ask about my order again, both employees ignored me and stayed in the back. When the same girl finally came out, she was very rude when I asked for a refund. She asked for my name again in a very rude tone, checked the refrigerator, and told me my items had been ready the whole time which was extremely frustrating, considering she had told me earlier that my order wasn't ready. When I pointed that out, she became defensive and dismissive, saying I was "supposed to grab" the other items myself, as if I worked there and was supposed to know my order was ready. To make things worse, when I asked for a refund, she threw my drink in the trash right in front of me with attitude. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I was patient and polite the entire time, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I will not be returning to this location. read more

Went in because I was really craving a PB & J bowl mainly because of the chia pudding. Normally the two times that I have ever had this bowl my chia pudding is in the bottom like it's shown in the menu picture. But in this case it came in the middle with a little bit of the pudding and more açaí than anything. I ask the guy if he could change it & put my putting in the bottom with the little açaí it actually comes with. His response was that the bowl was not required to be that way because he was going to waist more in remaking it. Finally, a location that fills bowls with the right proportion! I ordered the Açai Banana Berry Bowl with no banana in or on top and granola on the side. My base was extra thick I love it! It was filled to an expected level which is more than what other locations do. I've been to quite a few locations but I think this one can become a favorite. If there's anything I can suggest, it's to fill in bowl toppings with other included fruit if the request is to omit a fruit. I requested no bananas inside and on top but the bowl could have been filled in with extra blueberries and strawberries in place of the banana for toppings. They did make sure the base was covered which is why it was extra thick, nice job! The store is very clean and well kept. The plaza, The Groves, appears to be new. Wanted to come and point out the great customer service I've experienced on multiple occasions. I work in the groves and I started coming here for my lunch breaks and sometimes in the mornings before my shifts. Regardless of there sometimes being a wait time the employees always seem to be working with a sense of urgency which is assuring. It was easy to order through the app. They give you an estimated time of when your order will be ready. When I went in, I was immediately greeted. They asked for my name and my order was ready.
