The fruit was old and tasted terrible! They smothered the cream sauce on top and all over instead of putting the cream on the side. It was so bad that nobody at the party wanted to eat it. I think it was covered in the sauce on purpose so that we couldn't see how old the fruit was. We will be going back to Juicy Bouquets and Bionicos in West Covina! Delicious little place. Prices are just right and everything is made to order. I got a bionico with every thing, no pictures because I devoured it haha. But the fruit was cold and fresh, good mix of strawberries, apples banna and some melon and pineapple. The crema was made just right it was flavorful and the perfect consistency. Although the two ladies that run this place primarily speak Spanish and know very little English, they sure make a really nice shake! I love that they use fresh fruit (which you can see in the front case) and yogurt in their shakes, which adds a nice creaminess and slight tanginess. They also take their time to blend it so that it comes out really smooth. My husband and I usually finish it in 5 mins or so--it's that good! This place is family owned and super small but is one of the best spots in the area. It's inside of a water store, so it's usually empty. The staff is super friendly and they have quick service. They have a decent selection of snacks and drinks. They serve everything from Tortas to Tostilocos. Their esquite is the best I've had. It's the perfect balance of corn and cotija. I have tried all of the juices and the Vampiro is a definite winner. If you're a fan of Beets, definitely give it a try. Their Bionicos are a little pricey but they pack it with fruit and are very understanding about substitutions. Personally, I'm not a fan of pineapple in my Bionicos so I always substitute it for Mango. Since mangoes can be a little pricey, most places are a little stingy with it and refuse to use it as a substitution. This place is actually very generous and will not only allow it as a substitution but will pack the bowl to the top. read more

They get 1 stars for the convenience Of the area- A/C not working which could pose a danger to fruit that is bring cut up. Today I walked in and ordered a biónico which is $7.75 and a strawberries and cream which is $8.50 I asked if he can add extra cream because they seemed to put very little. He replied yes for extra charge which he ended up charging me $4.00 Extra! I did explain that the other guy never charges me different or extra because ordered pineapple and strawberry instead of mixed fruit. He snapped that him and his wife were the owners and the other people don't know what to charge. This place is unkept, owners are not customer service oriented and a bit rude. I will take my business elsewhere. Business owner you need to read that book by Robert Ferrell "give them a pickle" learn about customer service! No wonder your business is so slow. read more
