I thought I would have to drop it off and was prepared to be without a car. After the diagnostic they said the throttle body was dirty (even showed it to me) and explained that was what made my CE light come on. I loved their transparency throughout the process. I also opted for a coolant flush which I haven't done in all my 80k plus miles. Prices for work were still cheaper even before the 10 percent discount. I chatted with one of the service advisors about his recommendations on the better car makers, and was told to stay away from Hyundai/Kia, any hybrids, and any turbos, for various maintenance and longevity reasons. I appreciated his honesty and willingness to share that kind of information. After about an hour, my vehicle was was finished and I was called to the counter. They charged me $11.50 for the emissions inspection, which is the posted rate on the DPS website. Great customer service, friendly advisors, and a comfortable waiting area. I had a great experience here.
