I had my AC unit installed by Branden and his crew back when he was at RnR in 2016. Branden was very knowledgeable and did a quick and efficient install in just several hours. I've been using my AC for almost 3yrs now with no issues to the unit or energy efficiency. Recently, Branden sent me a reminder that my AC was due for routine maintenance. This was something I didn't know I needed when I did, so I'm glad Branden kept thorough records of those dates. I always hear horror stories of people's AC units going down, and the outrageous costs it takes to fix. Branden, on behalf of his new company (New Age Air), set up a tuneup/inspection for the following week. James "JJ" came to my home and conducted a 20pt tuneup of my AC unit. During the inspection, James realized I was running low on refrigerant. Before he proceeded, he informed me of the low levels and gave me a cost rundown for refilling the refrigerant, knowing it would be an additional cost. I appreciate when repairmen notify me of any additional costs before they proceed and not after they've already completed task. JJ also recognized I had low air pressure coming from two of my vents. JJ climbed up in the hot attic and noticed I had damage to one of the ducts leading to those vents (the duct work was done by the previous homeowners for central heat). He was able to perform a quick fix to that duct that drastically improved the air flow. After the tuneup/inspection was complete, JJ advised me that I would receive an invoice in my email shortly with a rundown of costs. Branden sent me the invoice that day with an easy-to-read analysis of what was fixed and performed. I was able to pay the fee online which was very easy. Overall, I'm very happy with New Age Air's service and professionalism and would recommend them to anybody looking for a new reliable AC company for installations, repairs, and tuneups for year round service (especially before summer hits). read more
