The technician's name is Gerry. From Corona. Works with George. SoCal Boys Heating and Air. Gerry came and discussed with me and my dad about our problem with our AC not working upstairs as our rooms were not getting cold. Gerry was very polite. He started his diagnosis, checked the upstairs unit, and found out there is no power. He diagnosed the unit and found out the cause was a faulty capacitor and replaced the part. He then cleaned the condensers by hosing them down with water as he said dirty condensers caused the damage to the capacitor. Keeping the condensers clean once a year can help prevent future damages. He also did pressure checks on both condensers (refrigerant and pressure). Both checked out OK. He will come back to replace my two thermostats and do another PM on the systems. I am very happy with the results! They are very efficient in the work they do, and I am happy to recommend them again. read more
