We called ahead asking if they had availability and were told to come in. When we arrived, I was directed to the back... and then left standing there with no guidance. There didn't seem to be any communication between the front and the back, so I just stood awkwardly until someone eventually noticed me and pointed me to a seat. Throughout my visit I watched multiple customers standing around confused about where to go or who to check in with. A simple "we'll be right with you" or a quick instruction would make a huge difference. I was handed a book and told to pick a color. Only later did I learn that the colors in that book cost extra -- something no one mentioned up front. I had chosen the most basic pedicure and certainly wasn't expecting added charges just to choose a polish color. I also asked for polka dots on my toes (I came in with them, so it was clear what I wanted). The first time I asked, the nail tech just stared at me. After she finished the base color, I repeated the request, and she nodded... but then continued without doing them. By the time she was finishing up, I stopped her again to ask, and she still didn't do them. If staff members are unsure what a customer is asking for, someone should jump in and assist -- especially since multiple employees could hear me. My daughter asked for a full set. One tech started, then told her to sit and wait for someone else to finish. After my services were done, we sat at the front and watched two walk-ins (who openly said they had no appointment) get seated immediately, while my daughter continued waiting. After 15 minutes -- and already being there for over two hours -- she decided she would just go elsewhere. Only when we stood to pay were we told she'd be "next," but by then we'd had enough. To top it all off, one of my fresh nails cracked on the side before we even left, and my daughter's shaping (from the little that was done) looked uneven. Then I was charged extra for the polish color I didn't know carried an additional fee -- and I still didn't get the design I asked for. There are too many salons in the area to settle for inconsistent communication, surprise charges, and work that doesn't hold up. I hope they improve, but for now, we'll be going elsewhere.

I found out she was at another WEDDING party's location. She had gone to them and did not budget her time appropriately. Not only was she doing the brides hair, she was actually doing ALL OF her bridesmaids hair as well! She didn't have to do that!! She knew she had to be back to her salon to do MY HAIR! She did all those other ladies hair because it was a good opportunity to make MORE MONEY!! She told me (when she called me directly AFTER I had watied an HOUR and she still was "on her way") that she didn't know she would be doing everyone's hair, and that if I came back, she'd style my hair "for free". I want to know how many brides, ON THIER WEDDING DAY, have extra 1.5 or 2 hours to wait on others??? NO ONE! Fake eyelashes were an up charge, blush wasn't applied, and several people didn't even have lipstick applied. The airbrush came out spotty on several bridesmaids. The bride was told that hair and makeup would be $115 for each member of the wedding party. The day of services, everyone was charged $145. The bride even pre-purchased a gift card to pay for the mother to have her make up done. The owner then said that that was not the cost of make up that it was more than what the gift card was! The bridal restroom had a stained toilet, was out of paper towels, and was disgusting. Do not go here for wedding needs!
