I had a tire blow out on my car just as I was getting off the high-way and had to pull off on a side street. I didn't have a spare tire, so when I called AAA they told me that had to call a tow for me and it would take upwards of 45 minutes. It was 95 degrees out, and I was stuck sitting in the sun and already late for work. Not even FIVE minutes later, Chris pulled up to help me out. He told me he was sorry and would've come sooner but he was eating breakfast when he got the call. He then said he came immediately because if it was his wife or daughter, he wouldn't want someone to stall. He was efficient, kind and polite! Even offered to drive me to work after bringing me to the auto shop free of charge. I'm so grateful! He made a bad situation better. read more

had them come out through AAA for a dead battery;; technician tried and nothing - then stated it was the starter and i needed to call AAA to get a tow to my mechanic. Next day a dfferent company's tow driver wanted to double check battery and it started right up when he gave me a jump start. He stated that the battery pack was low or out of power and that was probably why the initial try by New Beveryl Auto Clinic was unsuccessful. read more

New Beverly Auto was sent out by AAA to jump my car, test my battery and if necessary replace ny battery. When the driver came out, he opened the hood, looked at the battery and said the kind of screws they put on may not be able to get off because I don't have the right tool. he had a little screwdriver It couldn't reach it so he said oh I can't get it out. I wouldn't be able to replace the battery. In the meantime, he never jumped my dead car or never tested the battery so I still don't know if the battery needs replacing. I I would have assumed he would have first jumped the car, then tested the battery and then worried about whether it had to come out or not. He did none of that and then told me that he was the only one on call and no one would be able to take the battery out today so I'd have to wait till tomorrow. He left me with a dead battery and still not knowing whether I need a new battery or not. read more

This place is pathetic. Roaming around looking for cars to tow that are parked in a public place. You can't even leave your car in a public parking lot without worrying that it won't be there when you come back. They'll try to stick you with a $150 fee to get your car back. They charged $108 alone just to tow my car not even 2 minutes away, and then to top that they make you pay a $35 storage fee and another fee of $8. This place is ridiculous and a bunch of scammers. I wish I could rate zero stars. Don't give these scammers your money, get work done on your car somewhere else. read more

AAA sent them to pick up my dully pickup truck, I asked for a ramp truck which is what arrived but the driver immediately informs me that I will be charged a commercial rate for the tow. I informed him the truck is not commercial and is registered as a regular passenger vehicle. He then informed me that the truck would not fit on his ramp truck. I informed him the truck is within the 102" measurement for the wheel base and he continued to argue with me. I refuse to be taken Advantage of by any man. I will not recommend them to anyone. I did call AAA back and informed them they needed to send someone else. read more

Drivers are extremely dangerous. The day after the blizzard we were stopped at a red light. The other side was green and cars were going through. A new Beverly truck came flying up behind up and without slowing down, swerved into the other lane, passed us, blew through the red light while there was a car going through and almost hit it, and then went to the next set of lights without slowing down and blew through that one too. Super dangerous, especially seeing the streets were still narrow and snowy and cars were in the intersection. Apparently traffic laws do not apply to new Beverly auto drivers.. read more

I have had 3 emergencies where NB Auto came to my rescue, each time I believe it was Todd. He is timely, comes in less than 1/2 hour. He professional, polite, gives me his pro opinion (often right) and never tries to rip me off for mileage. I love these guys, sooooo trustworthy! read more

James of New Beverly Auto clinic refused to tow my vehicle due to the color of my skin. AAA called him to tow my vehicle and I provided all the paperwork he asked for, he then refused to tow my vehicle because he get "weird" had I been Caucasian he would not have had any issue towing the vehicle. Do not spend your money on this business. read more

Arranged car tow through AAA. Received a call back from a man from this establishment who asked me what the issue was (flat tire) and told me that he could get the spare put on in 30 minutes, but towing would be very delayed. I said I'll wait for the tow because I didn't want to drive on a spare (and anyway would then need a ride back from the dealership). He replied sarcastically: "you don't feel safe driving on a spare?" I wasn't having that, so I said I didn't like his attitude in trying to paint me as dumb and suggested he pass on the tow if he didn't want to do it. Otherwise, I said I'd wait for the tow. He then hung up on me. I told AAA I didn't want to speak with him again absent an apology and then, after AAA told him this, he refused to do the tow for AAA so now AAA is pursuing other towing options. So, clearly, I wouldn't recommend this place. Had he acted differently if I was a man, probably. And that's annoying. read more

new beverly auto clinic deserves less than 1 star. i'm currently sitting in my car in need of service for the second time, and of course i'm in beverly and need beverly auto clinics service. it's been 2 hours and they gave me an estimate for 30 minutes that's actually generated by a computer - the guy on the phone admitted that. they literally take 12 hours to come do anything for you. they also are rude, liars, and scammers. they take your car after THEY tow it and tell you that you have to pay hundreds of dollars to have it removed from their lot. they also treat women differently than men. you're better off tying a rope to your car and towing it yourself than having this joke of a company do it for you. read more

While I didn't call this company, the driver behaved so horribly and inappropriately, I don't think anyone in this complex will ever call them again and with good reason. In a snow storm he was trying to reach a car to tow it, and when he tried to back out began swearing at the woman behind him and behaving belligerently. He had to coordinate between the plow, and drivers entering the complex. Instead of being polite and asking people to back up so he could reach the car he was there to tow, he jumped out of the car and swore at her. He then began revving the engine in my direction while I had my dog with me and I had to put my hand up. Nobody deserves to be spoken that way, I will never recommend this company, and nobody here will ever be calling on them again. Unacceptable behavior. read more

Terrible experience with a very rude and arrogant driver today. Had a disagreement due to AAA policy and he drove off, cursing leaving me stranded on 128. The courteous and professional thing to do would be to tow the vehicle to the nearest exit (which was 100 yards away) and off the highway instead of leaving me on 128 north, 6 feet from cars going by doing 80 mph. Mind you, all of this was because the car I was driving is registered to my girlfriend and because she wasn't present, according to AAA, I couldn't get her car towed home to get fixed. The guy was beyond incompetent. I understand he was following AAA protocol but he could've handled the situation with a little more class and concern for someone stranded on a major highway. read more
