Totally confused by all the 5 star reviews--- I inquired about a civic, Subaru and explained what I'd like in terms of functionality and payment. I didn't know exactly what car I wanted. Tina got back to me from new car superstore and asked me to consider the BMW X1. Ended up being sold (in theory) on the X1, which who wouldn't love this car, negotiated a deal with her help and decided to move forward with the credit application. It was a bit higher than I originally said but seemed to be worth it. I was super excited at this point. After submitting my application and thinking I'd be delivered a car the next day; I was told that there was an error done by the BMW dealership and they would not honor the quote I was given the day before. But as an alternative Tina presented a new car that was a "killer" deal... an upgraded X1 with AWD. I had already increased my budget for the X1 that I submitted my credit application for and now Tina was asking me to go up further because of an "error" on BMWs part (supposedly). Oh yea and why not consider a Jeep Compass---again outside of my price range and not the car I want. Very disappointed by the carrot that has been dangled and lack of professionalism with an acceptable reason either from NCS or BMW. Tina was nice enough through out the process but didn't give a reasonable answer or alternative options.
