I bought a truck from these crooks 8 months ago. I was willing to pay much more for the truck then what it's current value was with the understanding that I'd be building my credit and refinance it at a better rate a year or so down the line. After 3 months of it not showing up on my credit reports I contacted Ursula (btw if you go there and she tries to help you, my advise to you, run !!!) and asked what the dilemma was and Ursula told me she had just sent the paper work in and it will start appearing on my credit report in a couple weeks. Now this is 5 months ago and with out boring you with the details I'll just say that I have contacted Ursula from that point up till now every 2 weeks to find out why they haven't reported my payments and every time we spoke she assured me it will be on there in a couple weeks !!!!! She has flat out lied every time just to get me off the phone. That's at least 10 phone calls of her saying "yes it'll be on there in a couple weeks" ! She obviously had no intention of doing what little paper it takes to submit my payments to credit bureaus. I have to assume that her laziness and dishonesty are either tolerated or even encouraged by the management. I suggest going somewhere else for a car, why give your hard earned money to liars and thieves. Almost forgot they charged me $995 for a low jack system I never asked for after I had already gave them my old truck and signed the paperwork. When I told them I didn't want it they said every single car has to be sold with it. That's another $1000 for nothing. The worst customer service ever!!!!!!! read more

He was persistent in getting me the Audi A5 with all the equipment I wanted, in the color I wanted and somehow, managed to get me the lease terms I was looking for, as well. And, he did it for a ridiculously modest fee. But, what really impressed me is that he wasn't done when I took delivery of the car. It was recalled two days later, to fix something the dealership should've taken care of before they delivered it to me. Jim was all over it and them are. He arranging for them to come pick up the car, leave me a comparable loaner (it was also new and not some stripped down, lower class base model) and have drop the car dropped back off to me, at my convenience and where I was at that time. A few days later I asked another question and he said I am not interested in a deal anymore. They are now trying to alter my opinion and asking me to change my review. Christian I am not upset over this deal as there are many brokers to help. My file may say that, but do you have a credit application on file for me? The furthest I got was a quote on a new vehicle and my trade in. You guys have not seen my credit score. I bought a 2005 sienna from this place. Right off the bat, they slipped in a $700 LoJack system. The rep covered the amount with his finger so I wouldn't see it. Their 3 day return is BS and the "90 day warranty". My mechanic tried numerous times to get them to pay for the blown head gasket and they kept denying all claims.
