There is a freezer in the front filled with little single-serving cups of ice cream that reminded me of the school cafeteria when I was in grade school. The buffet is a bit on the pricey side compared to others of the same caliber. However, the service is excellent which it why I gave it 4 stars instead of three. This was my first impression of Louisiana as a whole and I am so glad we stopped here. We called close to closing and lady that answered was so wholesome and accommodating. The egg drop soup is not your typical Chinese egg drop soup, but it was filled with egg, so well seasoned, and had great flavor. We ordered some boiled crawfish to go and were kinda thrown off that it came in a paper bag, but the second we tried it back at the hotel, none of that mattered. That stuff was insanely good.
