Found this little hole in the wall spot and decided to go check it out. It was your typical small Chinese restaurant in a rural community. The dining area was simple with basic decor, not fancy and updated like what you'll find in the cities. We ordered at the front desk and our food was brought over to our table. It was slow for a Tuesday night and our food was brought out fairly quickly. My husband and I had the fried chicken wings and we both had the dinner combo, which consisted of the entree, fried rice and eggroll. I had the Hunan Chicken and my husband had the Sesame Chicken. The entrees were quite flavorful, however, the rice was undercooked and hard. It was disappointing as there's nothing more unappetizing then undercooked rice. We may have to come back again to give it another try as the entrees were quite delicious! read more

Little kid, wasn't listening. Little kid was maybe 9 years old. Plastic eating utensils are very flimsy. Dragon Phoenix had no heat. 10 mins into eating the kid tries pushing us out the door. Food maybe 2 stars Service 1 Ambiance 3 temperature was good. read more

The food is good, the prices reasonable and I've never had an issue. Sometimes I can't quite hear or understand the people who serve me but they've never gotten an order wrong. It does look a little dingy and freaked me out the first time, but I've always taken my food to go. read more

The best sesame chicken and house fried rice I've had. We always order take out and it's hot and fresh. I've ordered many of their stir fry offerings and have been happy with all of them. Been there several times for take out and find service to be basic, but quick. Kind of a no frills place. Better take away than dine in. That said I find them to be a consistent quality with the standard American Chinese food. We'll eat there again for sure. Good food, never seems to fail for us. However, I better take it to-go. The place doesn't seem too clean or even sanitary & their kids are usually in the dining area causing a ruckus. It's cute to see, but maybe not every time I go to dine in. Tonight they closed at 10:30pm so I walked in around 10:00pm to order some take-out. Closed sign was out & Open sign was off. I can't believe the Yelp score for this restaurant is 2.5!! They have the best Chinese food in Pine City, by far. It's a little hole in the wall but the food is AMAZING. Their wontons are hot & fresh every time, my boyfriend doesn't like onions & they ALWAYS remember to leave them out of our fried rice. They have never forgotten or mistakenly made our food wrong. The servings are HUGE. Far better then the Bamboo Kitchen which is down the road, highly recommend trying them for take out. I usually eat take out instead of dining in because the restaurant is very small. read more
