I used to love this place. If I had rated a year ago I would have given it five stars, the food was always amazing. However now the food is hit or miss but it's still better than the other Chinese in the area. Also we stopped ordering delivery because the driver clearly smokes in the car with the food. The last few times we have gotten delivery it's smelled like an ash tray. Big turn off. Word to the wise, go and pick it up yourself. read more

Ordered the pint size of shrimp fried rice and I kid you not I counted a total of four small shrimp mixed in it! Rice was overly cooked and hard....chicken wings were the only good part of the meal. One tip to the owners would to be have your front counter people work on their customer service. read more

This is by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had the misfortune to have eaten. Ordered the Szechuan Beef, got pieces of rubbery meat mixed with random overcooked vegetables all drowning in a bland, vaguely sweet sauce. I can honestly say I've gotten much better quality from mall food court Chinese, and when Panda Express is making you look inept its time to take a good hard look at what the heck you're doing. read more

Chicken lo-mein was soggy cabbage (no noodles) and we couldn't find any chicken in it. When I called to ask the lady said "that's just how ours is." To be fair the vegetable fried rice was delicious. We called in the order and still waited 20 minutes (at the restaurant) and didn't leave the house after 10 minutes from calling the order in. read more

Ordered delivery. They made a couple of minor mistakes on the order. The real problem was the quality of the food. It was HORRIBLE. It was all fried dough....the spring roll was a rotten piece of lettuce surrounded by dough, the chicken was this tiny piece of chicken surrounded by about 3/4" of fried dough. Also, nothing was prepared correctly. My General Tso's chicken was a container full of fried dough with some sweet and sour sauce poured over the chicken. It was all really bad. I called the manager and talked to him about it. He didn't care. At any rate, that was the first time and the last time I will ever order food from that restaurant. read more

We were excited to find this restaurant after moving from the north, seems like they are the only ones who can make good rice. We have ordered from them at least once a month for the last year and the consistency of good stayed the same until about the last 3 times during the last two months. We used to order the family meal and they would let us substitute some foods for the ones we didn't like in the package. Now it states you canot substitute any foods and if you are ordering combination platters there is a $2.50 extra charge for pork fried rice (the platters used to come standard with pork fried rice). So now it seems they are trying to nickel and dime for everything. I went to pick up an order I placed online tonight and when I got there one person rang up my order and told me they were in the middle of cooking it and it should be 5 more minutes. People came, people went & others after me left before me with their food. So 15 minutes later I approached the lady at the counter and asked her how much longer it would be before my order was ready. I had to tell her what all I had in the order, she's looking at a receipt, picks up a bag that's been sitting on the counter for the past 10 minutes and says, this one is yours. I had been sitting in the restaurant the whole time and no one bothered to let me know my food was ready? I asked her how long it had been sitting there as I'm checking the bag & she tries to catch an attitude with me like I had done something wrong. She apparently doesn't understand people get upset when you spend $40 and literally let your food stare you in the face. I bet she would have been more adept to pay attention to what she was doing had she not been giving the smooth talking man in the pimped out suit with fake alligator shoes her number on company time. I'm done with this restaurant based on customer service alone. This organization needs to learn what customer service is about and they might not have to nickel and dime everyone for the customers they run off on a daily basis. Don't waste your time! read more

Dont make a mistake and call them. Ordered from them and they made a mistake on my whole order by adding pork. Than the lady was rude saying it was my fault. I told her I will send it back she stated sure but you will have to oay again. When I cake uo there tge order the guy took 2as still there oulled up mynorder and it said NO PORK OR MEAT. she got pissed and gave me a new orser and said dont come back? Few days ago my kids wanted chinese, my wife couldnt tell which chinese gave us the bad service and had me call this chinese restaurant I asked my wife its not the same one right? She said I dint kniw they all sound the same :) the lady picks up the phone. she was rude right when she picked up the phone like i was ruining her day. I asked to please repeat the order since I do that now with aby chinese restaurant i order from and she said she has no time how do you wanna pay. That attitude gave away it was the same place as before so I hung up. She had the balls to call me an hour later asking do I still want the food? Umm nooooo. Get some customer service skills and put someone on the register who understands what we are ordering. I can see why such a low star. read more

I ordered online. After one hour, I called to find out that they couldn't find my address on their GPS. I repeated my address, which was entered properly on the online order form - I checked. Oh, they said. We'll be right there. 25 minutes later I get a call asking where I am. They were at the wrong apartment. The ticket had my full and correct address. Are they just that incompetent? Don't bother with the headache; I know I won't order from them again. read more

We have given this place numerous chances with their delivery service, and tonight was the last time we will be ordering from them. In the past, when we order they have always forgotten something ( sweet and sour sauce(twice) , gravy for egg foo young, wrong meals) However, it is convenient to order, so we give them another shot. Tonight I called and ordered two combination meals, the man on the phone even repeated the order to me. When the food arrived, they had not given us the combo meals, just the regular meals. No fried rice, no egg rolls, and charged us more for the meals than the price of the combos. We called to tell them about the mishap, and we were told that we did not in fact tell him we wanted a combo meal. When we explained that he repeated the order back to me, she said, "No, you didn't tell him that, that;s not what he put down." basically calling me a liar. We asked if someone could bring the correct rice and the egg rolls, and she said that they would bring them. However, 2 hours later, here we are with no word from them. It is convenient, however, from now on I will be driving up the road to another restaurant to pick it up from them. Much better food and service. read more

I tried to place an order for delivery, and before I could finish giving them my address, I told them to forget it. They were so unbelievably rude, they don't deserve my business. I read other reviews about in person rude service, but who would have thought you would receive the same boorish attitude over the phone. This place constantly messes up your order. The lady that answers the phone doesn't speak English well so doesn't understand you. When they deliver and your items are wrong or they didn't include everything, they just tell you too bad because they don't deliver for only one or two items. Doesn't matter it was wrong in the first place. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Just moved to the area and should have looked at the reviews BEFORE we ordered. Chose this place because they deliver and a flyer came in the mail. Food was decently priced and came quicker than the estimated 45 minutes. Food was edible but nothing special. I doubt we will order from them again and instead try somewhere else. If you're looking for mediocre Chinese food that delivers to your house, this is the place for you. read more
