I went with my family and they were out of most chicken and thats not even the worst part. I ate 3 crab ran goons and the chicken teriyaki and i felt so sick. Once i got home i had to sit by the toilet because i felt like i had to throw up. I also couldnt eat anything else that day because my stomach hurt so bad that i wanted to die. They also messed up our drinks and mixed them up and wouldnt give us water. The lady was also staring at us while we ate which i found weird. Also all of the toy machines were empty and so was the claw machine. My day was terrible after that. If i could give it a negative review i would. read more

The peanut butter chicken was SO SCARY I like the flavor but the chicken was greasy fatty and out of the four small pieces I ate I got FIVE small tiny bones not anything I've ever seen in a chicken thigh..either the quality of their chicken is awful or it wasn't chicken. I will say the crab Rangoons were really good and the fried rice was absolutely flavorless. Won't be ordering again anytime soon read more

The food is disgusting!!!! Stale greasy garbage. Every bit of it. If you have good taste in food do not waste your money or your time here. Yes the prices are cheap but the food quality is so low it's near inedible. If you like garbage food this is the place for you. Upon entering, you are greeted with the cashier and a large fountain. There are several Chinese-American dishes available, pepper steak, broccoli chicken, sweet and sour chicken, egg fu young, etc. The staff takes drink orders and remove your plates. I'm not sure if they have Coke products and Pepsi products or just Pepsi as I only order a Pepsi. I know some Mandarin, but the staff kind of blows you off if you want to try and use it. I just use English, there's no point in trying to practice a language you're learning with a native who refuses to acknowledge what you are saying. Either tell me I'm saying it wrong or tell me you prefer English rather than just avoiding it. But, it's not enough to stop me from coming back, obviously. read more

I'd say the only good thing about this restaurant is the rice...if you can find it! It took me and my mom a good 10 minutes to realize that these unlabeled pressure cookers had rice inside of them. I'm wondering if Peter C. has ever been to any other Chinese buffets ever. Our local buffet in Kalamazoo is much bigger. The seating area alone is as big as this whole restaurant. And the selection is about twice the size. And they have a sushi chef who'll make your sushi to order. So I think Michael B. was right. Anyway. A lot of the food I chose could have been warmer. I'm wondering if Michael B. went to same restaurant as me. The buffet is definitely not small. On the contrary it's probably one of the biggest Chinese buffets around. They have several different heating stations with more variety than most Chinese buffets in the country have. I generally stay away from buffets due to their reputations in regards to cleanliness but this place is very good in my opinion. It is more expensive then the average Chinese buffet but when you consider the amount of variety they have out it's well worth it and they should probably be charging a bit more. I definitely recommend this place. It is located on the side of a strip mall by a sun tanner so if you're not looking for it you might miss it. read more

The buffet selection is a good size especially at dinner time. The food was good for Americanized Chinese food. When I want to be wowed with Chinese food, I go to a plated sit down place and not somewhere that makes everything in huge batches. The hot tea is always nice and the service is what you would expect at a buffet place. The plates and the bathrooms are always clean (this I mention since I have been to places where they were not) and are not stingy on the drink refills. read more

When I'm craving Chinese, this is the place to go. As soon as I open the door, the smells encompass me and I'm hooked. The variety is amazing, with several different stations and I always get something from every one. The General Tso's Chicken, all the shrimp dishes, the beef and the eggrolls are always on point. This restaurant was great in it's first year of operation, the vegetables and shrimp were always fresh and the soups perfect every visit. However, in the past year they have gone straight downhill in a spiral that is only getting worse. The soups are inconsistent; sometimes watery, sometimes so thick it won't even drip off your spoon, sometimes missing ingredients such as mushrooms or tofu, sometimes cold. The green beans and brussel sprouts are left out for hours, the green beans becoming shriveled, and the brussel sprouts are sometimes over-cooked to the point of being mush, sometimes so under-cooked they're raw. They sometimes substitute some other large fish that has a white meat and call it "salmon". Food is also often cold and under-cooked, noodles are often dried out and old, General Tsao chicken sauce is sometimes sweet with no spices at all. The mussels are tough and never fresh. The crab rangoon has precious little crab and is always bland. Additionally, their prices used to be reasonable. Around $7.00 per person and $5.00 for lunch. Since they raised their prices to over $10.00 per person, their quality went out the window and so did more than half of their regular customers. This restaurant was once my favorite place in the world to eat. But the last time I was there I almost threw my bill down on the table and told the waitress I wasn't going to pay for that crap. After leaving I was still hungry because there was so little there that I dared to eat, so I went to MacDonalds and decided as the others did, to just never go there again. We go to the one in Adrian now. The prices aren't a lot better but the food sure is. Don't waste your money on this restaurant. It would be better spent on a self-cleaning cat litter box. read more

Went to this restaurant while in Jackson for a relative's birthday. Absolutely disgusting restaurant. Clear water damage to structure that has not been fixed. Near my table sometime had used packing tape to unsuccessfully tape peeling wallpaper behind which was clear evidence of mold. Lots of water stained ceiling tiles, etc. No confidence at all in food safety at this place. Will definitely never go back. read more
