They drilled large holes in my molars, causing sensitivity in that area and making it difficult for me to properly chew with those molars. This was an unexpected $300 out of my pocket that morning. They say they tell you up front, they didn't, or I wouldn't have gone there. Not cool, I ended up NOT being reimbursed $150 out of MY pocket, due to their lack of due diligence! If it was their money, they would have known; and they didn't even do a fully covered cleaning, just the x-rays $150 (not covered - too soon, 36 mos with Cigna) and an oral exam $150 (covered). Waste of time. They say parking is validated, but you have to call from the parking lot and have them tell the parking attendant. Or you might be able to get your money back on your way out, again - YOU PAY up front. My car got a huge hit - smashed in the bumper in their lot. UGH! Surprise times two. Damaged the headlight, that will have to be repaired. More money. The dental technicians are nice, just have to get past the parking lot and the front desk. And have extra money!

I recently removed my wisdom teeth with Dr.Escofet and had a speedy recovery. The first day I went and got evaluated, we spent around 2 hours talking with the Doctor 1 on 1 because I had many questions and he took his time to answer all of them. I didn't feel rushed as I usually do in other doctor's offices. I was nervous for the procedure but I was constantly checked up on and knew I was in good hands. Everything was explained to me to the point that I felt calm and knew what was going to happen next. I would recommend him to anyone! Never have a I met someone who cared so much about his patients. He is patient and kind. His staff is the kind that remember your name and your stories. I will be coming back regularly even though it is 30 mins away from my house. It is worth it!
