Every week my daughter comes home excited about something new and creative she has learned. As a parent of multiple children, I can honestly say I have never witnessed a teacher who cares as deeply as Miss Angela. She has a unique ability to blend Montessori principles with a strong academic curriculum, and the results are incredible. My daughter can spell, read, write, and confidently work through mathematics. She is starting kindergarten this year, but thanks to Miss Angela's dedication and teaching style, she is already understanding concepts at a first-grade level. If you intentional about your child's academic foundation and future success, I cannot recommend Bloom enough. The journey to a love of learning begins now, and Miss Angela provides the perfect environment for children to thrive.

A litte over a year ago when we first started finding preschools for our little girl, I remember…read morelate at night getting a text from my wife asking me "hey! check out this place!" I tapped on the link and remembered thinking to myself, "Woah. All these 5 star reviews and some are even as long as essays!?" After reading all the raving reviews we called and left a voicemail wanting to get a tour. The classroom was spacious, clean and has a lot of natural lighting which was excellent because it didn't feel like your kiddo is locked up indoor. She also showed us the books and the scientific toys kids would play. Different toys had different teaching functions, not just purely for playing, which was nice. That was our 4th tour and after speaking for over an hour getting to know Miss Angela's teaching philosophy, we enrolled. Choosing a good preschool for your child is one of the first biggest decisions we all have to make as new parents. So I really wanted to take the time getting to know who is teaching my daughter. Not just what they are teaching, but who they are as a person. For children at this young age, the number one thing I am looking for in a teacher is patience, kindness, empathy, and compassion. And let me tell you, Miss Angela is one of the kindest and most empathatic person I've ever met. You just feel so secured and comfortable knowing your child is in the best hands. In terms of her academic programs, Miss Angela teaches different themes for each month. For example, during spring months she will teach about the nature, bugs, butterflies, lady bugs, etc. In class they will raise a butterfly from an egg, to caterpillar, to a chysalis, all the way to an adult butterfly. My daughter loved the lady bugs she got to bring home. Then, at the end of the month all the parents and the kids get together watching the release of those butterflies into the wild. Not sure what the future will look like for our kids with AI in the mix, but I love that Miss Angela focuses on teaching the kids how to think and how to ask the right questions. I can go on and on and on but really once you get a tour with Miss Angela you'll know what I am talking about. It's been a little over a year, and I am now the one who's writing a 5 star review for Ms. Angela and Ms. Jen lol. But I really want to spread the word like so many other parents before me. I hope this review helps all you parents out there

My infant son (4 months) will be attending as well. Gateway has a great curriculum and they do so many fun activities. They provide lunch 3 times a week if you opt into that option. Your child will recieve homework in preschool and now my daughter is more than prepared for kindergarten. I wish I could shout out every teacher there bc they have all been there for my daughter in one way or another. She is always excited to tell me about her day. I always feel like the main concern is my daughter's safety. I know how hard it is to leave your baby in someone else's care and I truly recommend Gateway for that reason. The staff is extremely responsive especially when incidents occur, Im always in the loop with my child's behavior while she is there. Can't thank Ms Stella and Mr Robert enough for always been there for me with all my "silly" questions or concerns :) They offer summer care and after-school care as well which is extremely helpful for me as a full-time working mom. There are no cameras but you will be constantly updated with messages, videos and photos on the app the daycare uses. I know this review is long but I wanted to include everything I looked for when researching daycares.

Our family has appreciated the excellent care our kids have received for nearly nine years. The teachers are warm and caring, and develop strong relationships with the children. Kristy, who has been running ECC for many years as the director, is responsive, attentive and a pleasure to work with. ECC teachers enjoy the work they do, and plan engaging and enriching activities. They do lots of age appropriate activities every day: arts and crafts, singing, reading stories, outside/inside free play, walks, circle time where they focus on letter and number recognition and for the older preschool classes Spanish Circle. There's a good mix of activities and my kids have had fun while developing skills that prepare them well for the transition to kindergarten. I'd highly recommend ECC to any parents looking for daycare or preschool for their kids. They do a fantastic job and create a warm, welcoming and caring environment for the kids and parents alike.

The low score is for the lack of education and activities for the kids. Because of the cameras, we could see what our kid was up to. Initially it seemed ok, but as the year went on, things got bad. Most of the day was our kid running around in a chaotic classroom with a bunch of rowdy toddler boys biting and kicking and punching each other. The poor teachers looked overwhelmed and exhausted. They had a few toys, most were locked up (maybe bc of the mess that got made?? Not sure why...), so you'd see the kids fighting over a dirty teddy bear or whatever few toys were available. The crafts and activities were few and rare, and not much supplies available to make it an interesting craft. The outside playground was dismal too. We paid over $200/week, sometimes $2000+/month, and we're still confused as to why there was so little for our kid to do each day. Perhaps a lot of the $ went to the franchise company? Either way, I'd be cautious about enrolling your child here, there is really no educational plan or adherence to one. Teachers are great, I really think it's a management issue and the lack of resources available to teachers. We ended up placing our kid in a small privately owned preschool which has been 1000 times better- every day we see them doing stimulating activities and learning so much.
