Within 30 minutes another wonderful gentleman arrived at my home with my truck. As he suggested I paid for the tow while being driven home. yup, a 4 star review for a truck leasing company…read more i moved, again, for the last time while i am vertical! and again, like a trooper, i did it myself, well, minus a truck, which they provided. its a budget leasing space. i think they do other towing and repo and god knows what, i only needed a truck. look around yelpers, i think their prices were the best, plus, you can get promocodes online to save even more. i had to change my reservations oooo about 6 times, thanks unreliable buyer, anyway, they were able to move it around, take this out, move that, etc. of course, when i show up and had reserved a 16 footer with a ramp, they tried to give me a liftgate, i went in panic mode, they fixed it up and i left with my ramped truck. Got into an accident during a snowstorm (I am okay, thank you!) and needed to have my car towed…read more The Windsor PD called for the tow truck and I have to say I had a really positive experience. The individual who towed my car was very nice and concerned for my safety. It was actively snowing outside and he ensured I got home safely and didn't stand outside in the cold. When my insurance adjustor called the following day to review the estimate on my car, he informed me that my car was being kept indoors and not outside in the snow. The adjustor had gone to other lots in the same day where he had to unearth vehicles from under the snow. While this was my first (And hopefully, only) experience with Mike's, the adjustor told me that anytime he goes to look at a car in their lot, he is impressed with their kindness, promptness and overall care. I spoke with them today when I had to arrange for my car to be towed to a collision center and then person I spoke with was also very friendly and took care of things quickly. Getting into an accident is an inherently crappy situation but it's nice to know there are people out there who can extend grace and kindness during a difficult time!

The staff repeatedly reviewed the same paperwork multiple times and still refused to release my car for hours, leaving me sitting there with very little communication or urgency to resolve the issue. In the end, the car was finally released, but only after wasting a significant amount of time and causing me to miss an entire day of work.
