My son in particular has a few sensory issues, and hated his last dentist (ironically a pediatric dentist) so much he still comments whenever we drive past that office. He has never objected to going to see Dr. Biondo, even when he needed a filling. I started seeing her when my prior dentist suddenly recommended that I get all my back teeth crowned. In addition to doing good work, she does not overtreat. The turnover of hygenists and office staff has been almost none in the last five years. I appreciate seeing the same people, and also appreciate that the office is well-run. I've never been part of a practice with such low turnover and I think it makes a big difference in patient care.

We immediately bonded over dogs! One of my temporary crowns is a bridge and it was coming off occasionally. The teeth in that area were very sensitive and Mary Ellen was very careful not to cause me pain, and she advised me on some dental habits I could use to ensure my teeth and gums stay healthy. Dr. Devany (?spelling) and Mel (?) came in to recement my temporary and they were kind, funny, and caring. While going to the dentist is certainly not my favorite activity, everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Plus they all love dogs! What could be better?

Every problem with my teeth - small or big - has been met with careful consideration and detailed planning. And execution always got me to results I expected. Recently I made procedure called BioClear that removed empty spaces between my front teeth. It's a new procedure and Dr Svetlana Gomer is one of very few in Massachusetts to provide it. I had to have two cavities filled, which should've been no big deal, but they were in a terrible spot in my mouth and very big. I'm not one who is prone to anxiety attacks, so after it happened, I didn't know what to do, but I knew I wouldn't be able to go through it without gas, or some kind of sedation. The hack dentist in Danvers (who shall remain nameless) offered nothing. I found this place because my secretary recommended it to me, she had gone there for some dental implants. And thought they were really fantastic. They didn't shame me or make me feel dumb for having the anxiety attack over two cavities. They did offer me either nitrous oxide or IV sedation no questions, no problems. The dentist was great, I was comfortable for the whole process. I highly recommend.

Then as she's cleaning my teeth, she said next time you cannot have a cleaning because there was one tooth that needed deep cleaning. I thought that was bizarre. So, I said to the receptionist I am not making another appointment. well, as it turned out I needed a tooth pulled. So, I did have the tooth removed. I paid $192 for the extraction. I decided to find another dentist. I went there to have my records transferred. Two weeks after I went to transfer records. I was sent a bill for another $254 for the extraction. These expenses occurred in September and October 2025. Seems odd to me that they are sending a bill in March 2026. I definitely do not recommend this place.

A week before my first surgery in September, I get a call that the Dr has a family emergency and they need to reschedule. I am rescheduled for my surgeries 2 months out, November and January. Today, 10 days before my surgery, Cheri calls me again to tell me Dr Guze has to reschedule! WTF? Absolutely ridiculous, apparently he had a conflict in his work schedule. Now I need to go through the hassle of finding another periodontist. DO NOT GO HERE!
