Very poor service here. The place has been losing its quality over the years but now they do eyebrows very thin and do not pay attention to detail. It has become very bad. If you come here they will for sure mess up your brows, leaving them uneven and sparse. I do not trust these ladies with any service. Spend your money elsewhere. PROS: She does a nice enough job. Usually there is no or little wait. Prices have increased since opening but still competitive, just not the good rate she had before (she started at $4.99, now at $6.99... and I saw her new cards say $8... So probably raising prices again soon). CONS: The massage on your eyebrows is not great but better than nothing, I suppose, since at least she threads them decently (my eyebrows turn fuschia and muscles tense so the massage helps a lot if done well). But, perhaps a slight annoyance... she has a policy of not allowing you to combine your stamp cards with absolutely no reason for why it's not allowed. Just an "I don't know" and an uncomfortable "ha" after. Just a way to make sure you have less chance of getting a free threading... Bad business practice to be fake "customer focused" for loyalty. Love this place! I used to go to their Tustin location but then heard that they opened one in Santa Ana and it's literally a mile away from where I live, it's a no brained to come here. Amrita did my brows and she's actually recommended to me by my friend. Amrita works at this location on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. I'm definitely sticking to Amrita and I'm glad I found myself a place to go from now on :) Update: Amrita is no longer here. My new favorite eyebrow lady is Mamta. She's here from Thursday to Sunday (I think). She does a great job and my brows look amazing and clean every time I go to her. Just got my first ever henna tattoo from Mamta today. I gave her a pic to follow but i reckon it was just alright. She might've been rushing the work as some people came by so it wasn't the best. Both hands were $20. read more

I will definitely be coming back. I use to go to Devine in Tustin and I always broke out and left really really red. I think they where very heavy handed and the thread felt like it was scraping me skin. OUCH! Durga greeted me and this place was really clean! I felt welcomed and the pressure of the threading was not painful! I was scared to do my upper lip bcuz I ALWAYS break out and it hurts. I think next time I will try it out because Durga wasn't so heavy handed! Other than my hair kept breaking the thread, which was funny. She said you have strong eyebrows...lol. read more
