Had a friend visit from California. She has never played in the snow. Well she just so happened to visit during this hellish snow fall we been having. I called New Heights to rent a couple of sleds. At 1st I was kinda sketchy because this wasn't a big name dealer, but a local family/ buisness guy. When I 1st arrived I was extremely impressed by the extra equipment he had avaliable! He had everything for everyone! From boots to helmets! This was no cheap low grade stuff! This guy had some awesome gear for his customers! Now his rentals... newer equipment and very well taken care of! No problems with operation at all. He went through the operations and also delivery load/ unload of the sleds.. All we had to do is ride! My guest was new, and rode like a new person. I took off on the fresh powder and had a blast... I felt bad bringing the sled back covered in snow. We were greeted with smiles after our adventure, and he knew that the snow covered sled only meant that someone obviously had a lot of fun! After a quick look over of the equipment... it was a big smile and a hand shake. I normally hug my friends, and I almost wanted to hug Mike! Thank you New Heights for helping with an awesome day! New Heights rental is the place to go! Michael was very helpful on the phone as I asked him many questions about snowmobiling. He was an excellent communicator! He kept in touch before and after to ensure everything went smoothly. I received timely emails before our rental date, which gave me important information about the rental day. The day we rented the snowmobiles, Michael was ready for us. He was very thorough in explaining how the machines functioned, which was information we relied on throughout the day! Most importantly, the snowmobiles worked perfectly while we were using them! We did not have a single issue! Michael delivered the snowmobiles to the mountain and he was there when we were done. We have some experience in renting recreational equipment from other vendors. This past weekend we rented two Rzrs from New Heights Rentals for a trip to Little Sahara. Both vehicles were in good shape and on nice trailers. They were clean and fueled. We were so appreciative of Mike's willingness to accommodate our schedule for picking up the vehicles and returning them. We also really liked his concern for our safety in transporting and using the vehicles. We contacted him by phone with a question and he was available with an answer. Wonderful! From setting appointment to completing the ride, Michael at New Heights Rentals was top notch. We took a late summer ride with two POLARIS RZR 900s for the family and a four wheeler. The equipment was new for the season, worked wonderful. I appreciate that helmets were included. He helped us choose a wonder path up the mountain and pointed us in the right direction. Great From Start to Finish!!! Would definitely rent from NHR again. Rented a RXR 900 Greta all terrain tire even in the most bumpy trail never felt like I was getting thrown all over around. Rented a 4 place RZR. It was delivered on time and in great condition and performed flawlessly!!! I wasn't able to refuel the machine but New Heights was more than understanding and accommodating.
