I received a phone call on Monday that I was unavailable to answer with a message they had my biopsy results and ti call back. First, they left the incorrect phone number. The last 2 digits were transposed. I called Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and left messages. No response. I called first thing Friday morning and spoke with someone at the front desk. Asked my DOB and then put me on hold. Said Amanda would call me back. I believe the office is now closed for the day according to their hours. This is absolutely unprofessional. The anxiety waiting for results like this is traumatizing. To not get a response after a week of trying to get in touch with someone is ridiculous.

The results of the laser hair removal were noticeable after just the first treatment! I could not believe how much less I needed to shave. I wish I did this when I was 18! The staff also make sure to fully explain the treatments and continuously check to ensure a customer is not uncomfortable (the treatments can be a bit painful- but so so so worth it!)

I scheduled both over the phone with their friendly staff. I found parking on the main street, but you can find parking easy behind their building in a municipal lot. The front waiting room/retail area was clean, bright and welcoming. My first trip was a reflexology session in the main cave for a foot massage. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical of the cave thinking it was gimmicky, but it was very relaxing and the therapist did a great job on loosening me up and hitting all my pressure points! I didn't have much drainage in my sinuses like I was hoping, but everyone's different. It would be nice to bring along the wife to have a session in the cave together. On my most recent visit I had a salt stone massage with CDB oil in a regular massage room, but they have a salt stone inside. They add CDB oil for muscle relief and hot stones on the legs. I would have liked more pressure, but I still felt great afterwards. I can't say whether the CDB oil did much for me, but that was the first time I had ever had hot stones applied during a massage and I want more! Afterwards I felt loose, refreshed and very relaxed. I am also convinced a lot of the positive reviews I'm seeing online are fake. I can't comment on the accuracy of other surgeries but my rhinoplasty was in my opinion, not a success. My concerns were never addressed properly, I often came back to the office for follow up appointments feeling dismissed and almost like I was bothering the staff. Steroids were not applied to my nose until a year after surgery ... at that point they are useless. Initially I was told before the summertime I would get my first round of steroids, then when the next two appointments came, they weren't. The tip of my nose is very uneven, and after addressing it several times, in several ways, it went overall ignored. This is just 20% of my overall complaint. What it boils down to is I feel like I wasted so much of my time and money on what was supposed to be a beneficial procedure.

I asked for long layers and some highlights to brighten it up a bit. Leaving, I had three choppy layers, the hair was cut in the center, and the side layer was higher than my left year when I combed it over to the side. The stylist told me "dont freak out, Im cutting it for center, even tho you have a side part". The highlights were layered in in sheets, leaving me with vertical stripes, in addition, she must have run out of color, because the entire bottom layer was left as it was. Color selection for highlights was VERY different from my hair color. Long story short, my savings of $50 has cost me OVER $600 to fix, between color correction and cuts. It has taken me three weeks to be able to write this review without crying.
